You will be telling everyone you know about your stay! 8,000 sq. ft. golfer's paradise features indoor putting green and golf practice cage. 7 king beds, 2 queen beds, 4 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms. Great for wedding parties! Ask about the available golf courses when you stay with us!

**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING**

Completely renovated in 2021, this magnificent home on Louisville's east side is THE place to stay for groups. Golfers behold the indoor practice room complete with putting green and indoor swing cage. Wedding parties, there is plenty of space for everyone!

Upon entering you are immediately greeted by that cozy, mountain lodge feel. Custom stone and woodwork adorn the wrap-around bar area with seating for the entire group, complete with mini fridge, wet bar, television, and margarita machine.

Make your way into the living area with two 70 inch smart TVs and plenty of additional seating. High end furniture and finishes are abundant. The dining room table has seating for 8-10 with additional bar seating close by. The kitchen is custom built from top to bottom with everything you need for meal prep and cooking.

Next we'll head into the theatre room where you and the family can enjoy an evening with a film and popcorn (fresh popcorn machine available for use, however we do not provide the popcorn).

The main floor features 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and plenty of open space for large groups to relax comfortably.

As we head upstairs we will find 2 additional bedrooms, each with 2 king beds (4 total). The upstairs full bathroom is enormous and the perfect sharable space for parties to get ready for the festivities ahead.

Finally we get to the lower level. This is where the fun is! 2 half bathrooms make hanging out all day in this area convenient. Arcade gaming, pinball, shuffleboard, and a poker table make this spot the place to be during your stay. Just when you think it can't get any better....A GOLF ROOM!!! Practice putting holes and indoor swing cage will keep the fun going long after you've finished your round for the day, we even provide clubs and balls!

Enjoy your evenings under the huge covered patio which is connected to the house, newly built in 2023.

The home sits next to the Persimmon Ridge clubhouse and restaurant. Feel free to walk over and grab some tasty food and beverage, BUT BE SURE TO STAY OFF THE GOLF COURSE AND ALL PRACTICE AREAS. PERSIMMON RIDGE IS A PRIVATE CLUB. ANY UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE GOLF FACILITIES WILL BE CONSIDERED TRESPASSING AND WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

All levels have their own thermostat to ensure maximum comfort for large groups.

Laundry accommodations are provided. Feel free to use them as needed to wash clothes and/or linens

-Security recording devices on premises exist solely for the safety and security of our guests. Guest privacy is a top priority. 2 "Ring" style cameras. 1 is located near the side door of the lower level and the 2nd is located on the front left corner of the home. Devices record audio and video and are triggered by motion. Devices will be active during guests stay.

Access to the house is through the front door. The key code will be sent 24 hours prior to check in.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests are required to sign all Rental Agreements prior to check in. If guests refuse to sign the rental agreement, the cancellation policy will still apply.

KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

Great getaway with family

Great space for a multi family getaway for a few days. Everyone loved the downstairs play space with the golf area and arcade games. Nice fire pit area for cool fall evenings.

Great Place to Stay

The Lodge was the perfect place for our family to celebrate Christmas. The place was decorated for the holidays which made it very festive. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable.There was plenty of room for everyone. The men could watch football all day in the theatre room. The kids had plenty of room to play with their toys in the basement. Plus the putting green and pinball games were a hit. There were plenty of tables and chairs for eating meals and playing games. Great house!

Johnson Family fall trip

Beautiful, peaceful home in a rolling hills environment. Very clean and very comfortable for our 16 family members. Well stocked kitchen and 6 bathrooms made it easy to manage. I would say that we did miss not having a fire pit outside but the rest of the outside barbecue and seating made up for it

Fabulous house in a quiet, golf community.

We were excited to stay at The Lodge. The house was immaculate. Beds were comfortable. The downstairs has arcade games and an entire room to practice golf. We would stay up late having putting competitions. Ample room for everyone in our party. I would definitely come back to stay here. This area was very quiet, safe and enjoyable. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay.

This was a perfect stay for my bachelor’s party trip. We a couple of very minor issues (Wi-Fi) that we had quick responsiveness and resolutions for! Would definitely recommend this place. We loved the basement area and the poker table!

Great place- Plenty to do at the property

The place was great, plenty to do at the property and if you’re a golfer it is right on a course. Plenty of parking and space for people to enjoy. The property is not close to the bourbon trail but this is easily solved with some planning. I recommend if you’re booking for a group line up bus tour or a driver and you have the perfect place to stay.

Great Time!

Very spacious lodge with plenty to do. We spent most of the time in the basement. Wish we would’ve been allowed to play on the golf course on-site. Great location in a beautiful neighborhood. Only about a 30min drive to Louisville and about 30mins from the start of the Bourbon Trail. I enjoyed my bachelor party there very much.

Guys Trip

Fantastic amenities and lots of space! We were granted access to the golf course for a day, which was nice. We had a bit of trouble getting Ubers on a Thursday night but other than that it was a nice getaway from the wives. We spent a day in Lexington, Bardstown and multiple nights in Louisville. So we got to enjoy a nice portion of what The Kentucky Bourbon Trail has to offer. We would definitely book again.

Everything was wonderful

I would love to know what the property was prior to it being a rental home! We guessed at that the whole time we were there! Everything was very nice. The kitchen was not stocked well enough - no garlic press, masher, mixer, or any way to clean the grill grates. We had quite a time with the internet and figuring how to work the TVs. The beds were incredibly comfortable!

Christmas on the green

Our multigenerational family of 19 members from several states gathered at this amazing home to celebrate Christmas together. Beds enough for everyone and abundant space to gather (and separate as needed). Movie theater room got great use for online games. Kitchen was well stocked with all you might need. Laundry supplies available for use. We enjoyed a great lunch next door at the Persimmon Ridge Golf Club. Booking for the house was easy and communication was great between us and Brandon. We would highly recommend this home and would love to come back another time!!

Great space for a large family !

This place suited us perfectly for our 10 adults and 7 children. Plenty of space to spread out and a wonderful play area for the kids downstairs. The bar and pub seating in the front of the house made for a nice adult space. The living room, dining room and kitchen was comfortable for gathering during a football game and meals. We had additional adults over for an evening get together and the extra space served us well. Easy parking and nice hilltop setting. There was an extra full size fridge in the basement and a convenient small fridge behind the bar. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils. Brandon was responsive and accommodating. We had a great visit !

Flooring falling apart throughout house. Beds uncomfortable. Someone knocked on door at midnight to take out trash waking up entire house. Last but not least grill about 10 years old and nasty.

Cool house

House was very clean and plenty big enough for 6 couples . *A couple of little things… there were no towels - dish rags to use in kitchen. - it made it very hard to clean up without. *outside area could be a huge plus if it there was some comfortable furniture to hang out on * bar area was great! However it would have been better if it had. Ice maker - we ran out of ice in frig * would have loved screens on windows being the weather was so nice - Lower level was so fun! We enjoyed playing the arcade games and golf net! The movie room was a big hit as well! Overall - Great house! Highly recommend!

We came in town for a golf trip and the house was great for a guys trip. The basement got a lot of use and the house was in good shape. A few issues right off the bat but one message and everything was taken care of. Would stay again for sure

Golf trip

This property worked out perfect for our group of 12 guys. We played some great courses in the area over the weekend, and had a great time in the basement space. This place exceeded all of our expectations by far. Plenty of space and very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

A “Hole in One” of a kind property!

Brilliant property. Well designed for any type of large group. We maintained outstanding communication with a super responsive host. It was clear they cared about their guests and really wanted them to enjoy their stay. Great brunch and restaurant recommendations! The property had everything our group of 11 needed. This really was the perfect home base for a bourbon trail run and golf getaway. Plenty of space, every bed was large and comfortable, fantastic kitchen, great bar area, and the lower level entertainment area had everything any group or family needs to stay busy. If/when back in Louisville we’d definitely book this property again!

Great for family reunion

We stayed for a long weekend. It was a great house for our family reunion. We have one family member in a wheelchair. The main floor of the house was accessible. 3 walk in showers walk on the main floor. And plenty of room to maneuver. The basement was accessible if you don’t mind going around outside to the basement driveway and entering the basement that way. Would definitely stay there again.
