Quiet Neighborhood Home! Escape to Arizona and Relax in this Beautifully Renovated and Freshly Decorated Property! Brand NEW Furnishings, Linens, Smart TVs, Fast WiFi, Private Pool, Backyard Games, Outdoor TV, Fire Pit and more! Fully stocked like a hotel and ready for your family and friends! Close proximity to Golf, Shopping, Restaurants, Hiking, Mountain Biking, Mayo Clinic, Spring Training, Football and Hockey. This property boasts 4 bedrooms + Office, 2.5 bathrooms. Comfortably sleeps 10 People!

Pool Heat is an additional $100/night. You MUST notify us if you want pool heat at least 48 hours before your reservations starts. If you choose to add "POOL HEAT" you must have it on for the duration of your stay.

Pool Heat Temp is not guaranteed and is dependent upon the ambient outside temperature.

Nice getaway

Overall, everything looked like the pictures and the property worked out perfectly for our family of 6. The designated office was perfect for my husband to work in during our stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful! Our only criticisms would be that some of the tables are very wobbly, the cornhole game was too worn out to really play, the pool net was broken so we had a hard time fishing leaves out, and we had some technical difficulties with the door code (that were resolved quickly). Also, if you have a long vehicle such as a suburban, it won’t fit in the garage (not a big deal to us). And if I could make a suggestion, the master bedroom is completely daylight at around 5 am. Some blackout curtains would do wonders. But like I said, overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely visit the property again!

Discovered a gem

Lovely house with 4 large, comfortable bedrooms with great beds. Spacious downstairs including a small private office for remote working and fast WiFi. Pool and entire backyard offers multiple lounging choices, putting green and outdoor dining spot. We would stay again with enthusiasm. Only issue is the master suite shower - temperature mix very difficult to regulate with too hot winning!! This must be addressed.

Family trip to Arizona

The house was in a very clean and in an upscale quiet neighborhood. I liked the location just outside of Phoenix and within 2 hours of Sedona and many other Arizona destinations.

Great Location for Golf trip!

Played some great courses in north Scottsdale, and this was such a convenient place to stay. Just four guys on a weekend trip, but the pool, putting green, and backyard TV was perfect to relax between rounds/days.

Beautiful desert ridge home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO in Phoenix. The home has so many comfortable beds, a nice kitchen to cook in, and the backyard is the best part! The heated pool was such a nice addition, we used it all weekend. We would definitely stay here again!

Great time at a great house

My wife and family spent along weekend at this house with some family members. We enjoyed the pool and relatively close proximity to golf, shopping and activities. The house worked great for us, would definitely stay there again if we were planning a trip to that area.

Incredible stay

Where do I begin to describe the perfect stay? When we arrived from the airport we were greeted with snacks at the door. We immediately fell in love with the house. The home is stunning, clean, and extremely spacious. We came with our family of four plus sister and kids who didn't waste anytime and went and enjoyed all the backyard has to offer -- great pool, a game of bags, mini golf, basketball, made s'mores and so much more. It was hard getting the kids out the house when there was so much to offer. Kai, The Property Manager, was incredibly helpful during our stay and made sure everything was perfect our entire stay (she deserves all the kudos and recognition). If we could give more than 5+ stars, we definitely would. Thank you for a magical time!

Great House in Northern Phoenix

The house was just as described and pictured. Property manager was great and very responsive. If you're needing a property in the area, look no further. We are avid renters and this property was well equipped and suited our needs perfectly.
