Beautiful custom Kitchen, Dining & Family Room all overlooking the back yard. Step up to one of the two staircases leading to the Master Suite/Bath/Sitting Rm, 3 oversized BRs, Jack n' Jill Bath & Full Bath. The walkout LL features a Kitchenette, Billiards Rm, 2nd Laundry, Bath, BR, Den, XL Amusement Room/workout room. Absolutely NO house parties allowed & anyone violating this will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Andover police department is very firm with the rental license policy for no house parties.
