Hard to find and poor customer service
I booked this last minute because I needed to recover from emergency surgery to my left wrist after a ski accident. Although this was a nice studio, it was like ice cubes when I finally checked in. One small heating unit was poor and the room needed more or better space heaters. Right after check in I called the rental company to schedule a technician to look at the heat and bring better space heaters 9 am the next morning. The technician never showed up. In fortunately this was the day of my surgery and I did not want to recover in a cold room. After returning from the hospital I called the rental company AGAIN and demanded help. I was so grogy from the surgery that I barely heard someone knocking on my door at 9 pm. Finally the situation was rectified but I shouldn’t have to deal with all this.On top of that, the location of the rental is hard to find and the directions sent a day before check in are woefully inadequate.It’s a nice studio but the management company is poor. I will be contacting them for a partial refund.
