Nice place, quiet & pretty
We had a great time here. This place met all our needs. It was comfortable and homey. Everything was nice and performed as expected. It was clean and well equipped. Couldn’t have asked for more from the property itself. However, this was our first time staying at a VRBO property, and I think communication, although not terrible, left something to be desired. We didn’t know how to get into the property until 15 minutes before we got there. Knew nothing about how to get our wristbands and parking pass until after we got there, despite me asking weeks in advance. When I would try to communicate, I was always directed to the website with our booking, which told us basically nothing except this was the place we booked and all the amenities. No one answered my questions directly. We ordered groceries through Shipt, but had no idea how to tell the people how to get in. During our stay, a package was delivered, which I suppose belonged to the homeowner. I tried my best to get on the website and let someone know, but by the third night of our stay, there wasn’t even a place where I could post any kind of message. I guess since we were in the middle of our stay and they had our money, they didn’t care what else me might need. Good thing the toilet didn’t overflow or we had a pipe to burst. God only knows how we’d get in touch with someone. I guess this is how it’s done these days, but doesn’t mean I have to like it.
