quiet, spacious 45 sqm Apartment in stylishly restored century villa next to a park in the heart of Warnemünde. From here you can easily reach everything on foot and forget your car confidently. Short walkways to the beach as well as to the pedestrian area with "the old stream" and its numerous restaurants and ships await you. The mill street with bakers, butchers and shops is 50 meters away, the church square about 150 meters.
Bright, open and modern furnishings, you can spend your best holidays here. Breathe the breath of fresh sea air on the beach and listen to the cries of the seagulls. Whatever the season, you will find variety and relaxation.

Super schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage. Sehr nah zum Strand und zu allen Geschäften. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an Hr.Dr.Dreyer für das bereits kurz nach der Buchung geführte Telefonat mit vielen Infos. … ich war noch nie in Warnemünde, doch schon oft an der Ostsee ( Hiddensee, Usedom, Rügen, Stralsund etc). … spannendes kleines Städtchen mit unglaublich vielfältiger Architektur nebeneinander … mittelalterliche kleine Häuschen, das Kurhaus aus den20/30 er Jahren und das Hotel Neptunn aus der DDR - Ära … ein Spannungsfeld … großartig.

Wunderbar mittig gelegen
Die Fewo liegt wunderbar mittig, zwischen der Ostsee, den Geschäften, den Restaurants, nahe dem Alten Strom... Gut geeignet für Menschen, die nicht so gut zu Fuß sind. Mehr Aussicht aus den Fenstern (Blick auf eine Wand) wäre schön gewesen. Dass wir die Garage nutzen konnten, war sinnvoll.

Schöne Wohnung mit einem Minuspunkt
Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler, ruhiger Lage. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung ist sehr gut und modern. Einzig die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers liess sehr zu wünschen übrig. Deswegen keine volle Punktzahl.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, strandnah, 5 Minuten zum Alten Strom. Es war in der Wohnung alles vorhanden, ausreichend Schränke vorhanden. Fahrräder können im Fahrradkeller untergebracht werden. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht für ein paar ruhige Tage. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Ruhig, Bett ist gut, ausreichend Platz, Cafés Geschäfte Strand in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Hinweise: 1) Von App.7 aus schaut man auf eine Mauer. Wenn man viel unterwegs ist - kein Problem. Wer eine schöne Aussicht erwartet, sollte besser woanders gucken. 2) Der Fernseher ist kein SmartTV. Wer Netflix oä. schauen möchte, muss sich eine Lösung überlegen.

Unser Aufenthalt war entspannt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral und es kann alles bequem zu Fuß erreicht werden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bahnhof. Bequem war die Anreise mit der Bahn. Kein Parkplatz suchen! Und super ist, dass der öffentliche Nahverkehr Warnow in der Kurkarte inkludiert ist.

LIEBEVOLL EINGERICHTETE KLEINE WOHNUNG.Es hat nichts gefehlt.Auch mit dem Rollator war es kein Problem, da Fahrstuhl.Die Wohnungsbetreuerin ist eine sehr nette ,sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Dame. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, man ist schnell an der Ostsee und noch schneller am Kirchplatz. Alles PRIMA !
