The apartment is located in Fuengirola in a 4 star hotel
(Las Palmeras) on the 6th floor with lift,
directly in the first line of the beach about 20m from the kilometer long sandy beach.
The apartment has a separate bedroom with two single beds, closet, safe and two windows with sea view.
The bright and spacious living area with open kitchen, new design, has a large flatscreen - Sat TV,
free WLAN, the code is handed over personally by the landlord.
In addition suitably a couch to move out, for additionally 2 persons.
A beautiful new armchair, which can be converted also into a Relax couch, rounds the offer off.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped, coffee machine, toaster, microwave...
From the living area you have direct access to the fantastic terrace with a beautiful wide sea view.
Glass curtains are installed on the terrace, which can be opened completely. Otherwise there is a new refrigerator and a grill on the terrace. The whole apartment has air conditioning ( hot, cold ).
A secure safe is available. Check out is at 12 o'clock but if there is no move-in during the day our guests can check out later.

This busier resort has numerous restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, discos, bars and shops plus a cinema complex, shopping mall, Biopark ( Zoo) and Aqua park. For golfers there are numerous golf courses all within 6 km. The Train services to and from the airport takes about 30 minutes.
The location is perfect for families, couples or groups of all ages.
