It extends onto a large terrace with a 200m² garden planted with trees, perfect for soaking up the sun. There are two sleeping areas, one on the south side with a queen-size bed and storage space, which opens onto the terrace, and one on the north side with twin beds, which also opens onto the terrace. Sanitary facilities include a bathroom with bath and separate wc.
