Quaint, spacious, and newly remodeled and furnished 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom cottage with a courtyard in the charming Honolulu neighborhood of Manoa. 2 minute walk to the University of Hawaii. Each bedroom has its own patio and there are two large bbq decks shared by other units on the property. Short walk to restaurants, bars, and the YMCA. 10 minute drive to beaches. Very private with parking, AC, washer and dryer, cable and wireless internet. The perfect place for your family or group for a relaxing Hawaii vacation! Also perfect for University business and temporary student and parent housing.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. This unit is located just minutes(traffic dependent) to Honolulu and Waikiki. The unit itself is very spacious, and was extremely comfortable. If I had to nitpick to find one thing to complain about it would be that there it's not a television and either one of the bedrooms. Lol however, we do not come to Hawaii to watch TV so this place was absolutely perfect and I would highly recommend it!

Would stay again

This was the perfect vacation home for our family! The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and they had beach stuff, they also had a pack in play for my grand daughter. The host was incredibly responsive to our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the location, close to everything and easy to get to. Parking was so nice definitely appreciated the two spots since parking is not an easy find in the Honolulu area. We would definitely stay here again! The only thing that threw me for a loop was having an entry way shared by two units, however we never even saw the guest who rented the other unit so it didn’t even matter.

Super convenient location that also includes parking which is a big deal on O’ahu. The neighborhood is quiet and you are nearby anything you will need for your stay. Depending on where you’re going traffic can be a bear and it was great to stay in town without dealing with the commute. The kitchen is full size and ***included a rice cooker*** which, #iykyk.The unit itself is roomy and comfortable. We did hear the neighbors walking around upstairs but it wasn’t horrific..i’m a pretty light sleeper and it could have been much worse. We had a hiccup when checking in that caused some initial stress but vrbo and the owner made it right so we are happy to say we’d stay again without hesitation. Home Away From Home

Perfect cottage close to UH

We stayed during move-in for UH and it was the perfect spot. Easy to get to everything on campus but also easy to get back and forth to stores to get necessities. Clean, easy check in, comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Met our needs for a family visit

New clean place in a safe area that was well appointed with the practical necessities. It was very easy to get in an out and just a few minutes from everywhere in town. Loved that it had two bathrooms and many Roku/streaming channels that kept my dad occupied. The parking was great too. Close to Safeway Mānoa and other places. The downstairs apartment was easy for my elderly parents—I wish had a king bed though. The upstairs footsteps were manageable.

Feel like a local

Wonderful 2 bedroom place with 2 bathrooms and it comes with a parking space and a washer and dryer! The only drawback is that the lower apartment gets quite a bit of noise from the upstairs occupants, but we coped. Communication with Eric and Miranda was quick and effective. Great stay! Beds comfortable and air conditioning good.

Great Place

We stayed here for an event at Punahoe school which is just up the street. Super convenient and out of the busyness of Waikiki which is crazy traffic. Great host-everything was as described. Appreciated the cleanliness and easy parking.

Fantastic Location

This property was just what we needed for our stay near the University of Hawaii. We were there for graduation, and the location was perfect! It's super close to campus, the dorms, and Stan Sheriff Center. We rented a vehicle, and parking was easy. The amenities were great, and we appreciated the large refrigerator, which kept all the leis fresh. :) It was located minutes from the highway entrance, and driving or riding the bus to Waikiki was very easy.

Worth it

Our first to Oahu was amazing! The weather was perfect and our little cottage served us well! A place to lay our heads and cook food as we were in and out each day! We will be back 🌺

Great Location near U of H

First, this location is a few minutes to downtown and UH. It is roomy and clean; you cannot beat the two bedrooms and two bathrooms for the price. You also have a full kitchen with an outdoor BBQ and lanai. I will make another reservation here on my next trip to the island.

Right near the University of Hawaii Manoa campus

Comfortable, clean, convenient location. Included parking is a huge plus. Wonderful to be right across the street from the University of Hawaii - excellent for relaxing and beautiful daily strolls.

Please note that all guests who can be vaccinated must be vaccinated. Although we are a pet-friendly house, we cannot accept cats...sorry, allergies. There will be a $250 refundable pet deposit applied for each pet. Large dogs may require a larger deposit.

Honolulu has specific laws concerning visits here. The laws state that dogs and cats meeting specific pre- and post-arrival requirements may qualify for 5 Day Or Less quarantine program, which has a provision for direct release at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (Honolulu) after inspection. Furthermore, the law requires dogs and cats that do not meet all of the specific 5 Day Or Less program requirements could be quarantined over 30 days upon arrival in Hawaii. This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied. Signatures on City and County documentation may be required before check-in.
