The cottage offers you: - On the ground floor: a living room with living room/lounge/kitchen, a laundry room, a separate toilet. - On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160 x 200 and 4 beds 90 x 190), a bathroom (shower and bathtub) and a separate toilet. Outside: a private terrace facing south with garden furniture, deckchairs and electric plancha. Shared: the garden (not enclosed) and the parking (at the back of the cottage). Cottage adjoining cottage 16417 and a future rental and located next to the owners' house. Welcome to the Gulf of Morbihan, classified as one of the most beautiful bays in the world. Ideally located, you will be between Vannes (City of Art and History) and Auray (charming little town). Here, you are 5 minutes from the expressway to explore and discover the treasures of South Morbihan: Carnac, Erdeven, Quiberon… 10 minutes away, the Gulf of Morbihan opens its doors to you: intimate coves, small beaches, points, islands… These panoramas, worthy of a postcard, can be discovered on foot along the coastal path or by boat (pier in Vannes or Baden).
