Beautiful historic house which has just been fully modernized. You will feel the charm of old Ft. Lauderdale and enjoy all the amenities of modern life. Situated in the Historic Riverside Park you are steps from two tennis courts, basketball court, two playgrounds, two boat launches, beer paradise of Riverside Market and The Pizza Spot - best pizza in S. Fla! For $45 per adult/wk we can arrange membership to a pool and state-of-the-art gym just off Las Olas (free onsite parking but only a stunning 25 minute walk along the River).
