Come in and let yourself be enchanted by the charm of this cozy apartment. The stylish wood paneling and the interior provide comfort to feel good. A successful mix between alpine ambience in the living / kitchen and dining area and a modern twist in the spacious bedroom with sitting area and walk-in closet meets all the requirements. Two bathrooms, one with integrated sauna round off the comfort. The spacious balcony is ideal for breakfast in the morning sun.
The apartment is located in a very central location. Grocery store, doctor, pharmacy and restaurants are within walking distance. The Amade Spa is located in the immediate vicinity. The ski bus stop is located a few steps from the house entrance. For the apartment there are two free parking spaces available. A spacious ski cellar, a bicycle storage room and a laundry room located in the basement of the apartment building.
Thanks to the Tauern motorway old Mark has good transport accessible in Pongau and only around 40 minutes from the Mozart city of Salzburg.
Old Market, in the summer a wide range of hiking, biking and recreational opportunities. In nearby Radstadt Golfers will find a beautiful 18-hole course. The sports world Amadé with the lifts in Altenmarkt / Radstadt / Zauchensee, Flachau, Wagrain, St. Johann Kleinarl and one of the finest ski areas in Austria and offers ideal skiing conditions for beginners and champions. Cross-country skiers will get their costs, the Tauern Trail runs directly past the house.

Super Ferienwohnung, top ausgestattet

Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohung, 2 Erwachsene 1 Schulkind. Zwischen Kinderschlafbereich im Durchgangszimmer und Elternschlafzimmer gibt es leider nur eine Schiebetür, aber es hat auch so geklappt. Zu viert, vor allem alles Erwachsene wäre das ganze etwas eng. Es gibt 2 Fernseher und man kann sich gut in das große Schlafzimmer zurückziehen. Und sehr, sehr viel Stauraum.Auch super ist, dass es zwei separate Badezimmer jeweils mit Dusche gibt, so dass man sich nicht im Weg ist. Wir haben so viele Handtücher bekommen, dass wir nicht mal alle benutzt haben und es gab in einem Schrank im Bad sogar extra Handtücher. Die Küche ist wahrlich nicht groß, ist aber für eine Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man sich wünschen kann, ausgestattet. Mikrowelle, 2x Kaffeemaschine, Herd Ofen, gute Pfannen, Töpfe, Salatschleuder, richtig scharfe Messer, Fonduetopf, Schneidebretter, Milchaufschäumer, Toaster, elektrischer Entsafter, Hühnerbräter, schön große Kaffeetassen und das wichtigste: eine Spülmaschine! Auch Verbrauchszeug wie Alufolie, Plastiktüten, Spülmittel, Spültabs, Küchentücher und Spülschwamm waren da. Ich kann die Wohnung für eine kleine Familie nur empfehlen, die Sauna war auch top. Lage ist gut, man kommt schnell an die Piste und bei Bedarf ist auch ein Skibus vor der Tür. Frau Sledau war auch super erreichbar und hat uns wertvolle Infos für unseren Besuch geschickt.

Es war sehr schön! Die Sauna ist unbezahlbar. Für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager ist es etwas eng, aber es geht!

Quirky apartment in the heart of Altenmarkt

We had a great week in this apartment in the centre of Altenmarkt. It is perfectly located for skiing and if you don't have a car, the ski bus stop is just outside. The apartment itself is as described, a curious mixture of new and old. The main bedroom is large and comfortable with an ensuite bathroom complete with sauna and an added dressing room. We were two couples so maybe the sleeping arrangements weren't ideal for the couple who had the bed which folded down from the cupboard and the chair bed. This would be ideal for a family though and the two bathrooms were really spacious and appreciated. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen is very small but actually has everything you can need but a couple more plug sockets would be really useful! Both the owner and Silvia, who came to meet us were really helpful and very friendly which ensured our experience was stress free.

gemütliche FEWO

Wir wurden ganz herzlich empfangen und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl in der gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Wenn man anfangs den etwas dunklen, unschönen Flur entlang geht, glaubt man kaum, welch nette Wohnung sich hinter der Tür versteckt. Die Küche fanden wir etwas klein zum kochen und dass unter dem Esstisch auch Auslegware liegt, etwas unhygienisch. Das Bett aus dem Schrank, damit kann man leben, zwei Schlafzimmer wären aber besser und man hätte etwas mehr Privatsphäre, da Durchgangsbereich. Die zwei modernen Bäder waren top. Schade fanden wir, dass die Skibusse nach Flachau nicht ganz so oft fahren, wie nach Zauchensee. Mit dem Auto waren wir somit flexibler. Eine durchaus empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.
