Great house

This was a great property! The maintenance guy who did the lawn and trash was so friendly! The owners were so easy to communicate with.

Nice Home away from Home

This house is lovely. There was plenty of sleeping room for my entire family (and then some!) and the beds were comfortable. The owners were very communicative and responsive. We had an issue with the microwave, and they had a new one delivered right away. There is a nice fenced-in yard where the kids could play. We had 3 cars and there is plenty of off-street parking for all of us. Highly recommend!

Beautiful House

It was a great house and close to the Falls. The area was very quiet. The air conditioning did not work very well, it was quite warm that day. It was tolerable after being on several hours. We had issues with the TV remote working at first, we did get it to work after a while. I think the batteries were low. The lights worked, but the outlets did not work in one bedroom, but there were enough rooms that this was not a big issue. Yes, we experienced a few issues, but all in all, it was a pleasant stay.

Nice house

Although the house was nice, the area is very depressed. The Falls are what we went for and they didn't disappoint! The house itself should have had some things fixed prior to our stay but they did jump in when they found out and took care of it.

Good Value but easy things would improve it

We only had 4 garbage bags for the tall can in the kitchen. There were no potholders to get stuff out of oven. You need a sink stopper for the kitchen. Shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom was placed too high and water got all over the floor. Took a very long time for the water upstairs in bathroom to get hot.

Nice Stay

The property is very convenient to Niagra Falls. The neighborhood is economically depressed, so the "curb appeal" isn't great. Once you get inside, its a nicely remodeled old victorian home. Lots of room, so we could all stay together.

Nice Property

Great Stay in Niagara Falls. We were in town for a hockey tournament. Clean property, great house layout. Very accommodating staff with great communication. It was perfect for our group and everyone enjoyed it.

Filthy

The down stairs bathroom was dirty. Both tables in the dining room were dirty. I pulled back the cover on The bed to reveal that the sheets were dirty the stains in the sheets were clear as day I have no idea how housekeeping overlooked that.
