This gorgeous 8-bedroom holiday home is the former house of Stanek’s Restaurant. It was converted into a spacious and open-floor design residence. It has a unique blend of modern feel and a classic ambiance, setting the perfect atmosphere for a family-friendly vacation.

We had a group of 12 family members gather for a late holiday celebration over MLK weekend. The dining large dining and living room areas were comfortable and charming and had plenty of room for all of us to be together. The owners were very responsive to any requesta or needs we had. Great property

Just one issue (not major) cookware was very minimal. We had a group of 7 that likes to cook… however property provided enough TP and paper towels for a long weekend. The area around was not the best but ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUE, felt safe and never worried. We have stayed in Niagara Falls a couple times before and find the area awesome!!! The home was very large and comfortable!!

Disappointing

The property was a little worn down and the area was very sketchy. Not an area to let the kids hang outside. The outside enclosed area was over grown and not a pleasant place to hang out. The only thing it had for us was the space inside.

A family get away

Three generations went to Niagara Falls to celebrate our mother’s 60th birthday which included seven children under eleven. I was so happy with the size of the common areas such as kitchen and living room. The location is so accessible to the falls, places to eat, and the aquarium. Unfortunately I did have to buy my own cleaning supplies to mop the dirty floors. Other than that the neighborhood felt safe, the back yard/porch area was nice and we all we able to navigate our families together smoothly under one roof.

Spacious rental

The stay was ok. House needs some work especially the lighting on the back patio. It’s very dangerous with that step into the house at night. We had a few falls. It was great to all be together in one house and all in all I would do a short stay there. The area is pretty sketchy and we were told not to be outside after dark!

Great family rental

Clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for a Thanksgiving holiday with family. I especially appreciated the minimal cleanup required upon checkout. Obviously we would never leave the place a mess, but it was great to leave the deep cleaning to the cleaning staff so we could get on the road. I'd absolutely rent this home again.

Property was nice and big , but there was a smell that would not go away it smelled like it was coming from the basement , downstairs bed was very bad with it and it was very cold the fridge ice maker and water did not work , need more ventilation in all the rooms , other then that it was ok loved that it was close to the casino and some stores

Family Vacation for 8

The space was great for our group of 8 people. Could have housed a lot more people and we had plenty of room for privacy but also for gatherings. It was close to everything and fit our needs well.

Very large property!! Fit in large number of People. It’s not a walk from Niagara fall but very accessible. We had car. So we had to take our car to fall and park there in paid parking. Accomodation by itself was great!!!

Great Experience and Great Hosts!

Was very excited to come back here with my a cappella group for our competition. The house was very large with a lot of rooms and beds for everyone! One of the windows was leaking a little bit due to rain damage, but very clean and very comfortable overall. The hosts were very open and very communicative. Would definitely recommend it to other people looking for a large, fun place to stay!

Niagara home

The home was large which was nice. The location was a little different but found it easy. The home had a smell that was not pleasant not sure if it was from the outside or what. An Oil leak in the upstairs bedroom was unpleasant for my daughter. I would suggest having a salt and pepper seasoning for your guest fixing the tiles at the bottom bathroom Thank you K winter

Great for large get-togethers

The place itself was fantastic for large groups to get together and celebrate. The only downside was the distance from the falls. We walked the roughly 1.2 miles to downtown, and the neighborhoods around and in between the location and downtown were not places I would recommend you walk at night. Otherwise, a very cool converted old pub!

Property is nice BUT needs basic maintenance and attention to detail. We had 16 people stay, delivered 12 towels, no hand towels and a few wash clothes, we had to request more. They delivered. Property needs maintenance done on it. Toilet seat upstairs needs to be fixed, bathroom doors don’t lock, floors upstairs is in need of repair..nails sticking out, no exhaust fans in neither bathroom, we ran out of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags the before we left. The property has been restored and it’s beautiful but needs further attention. Area is not the best.

Beautifully remodeled old pub!

Last minute trip to the area, and we happened across this listing. Loved the history of the building and the renovations. We had plenty of room to sleep. Showers were surprisingly giant! Kitchen and eating area are large with ample seating. No issues with the street parking right in front of the door. Management was easily accessible to answer questions. Short 5 minute drive to the falls and parking was only $10 at the main state parking lots for the full day.

Don't Judge a Book by its Neighbourhood

Look, I was a little like "Where did I book this" on the drive up. Once we got to the location and walked in we were super impressed and excited to call this place home for a couple of days. We had people flying/driving in from Canada and the US with many different expectations. 99% of them were met. The place was super clean, big, open and was awesome for a large group like ours. The bathrooms were super clean ( that is a pet peev of mine). We kept joking you could fit 7 people in the bottom floor shower. The back deck area was perfect for our needs. We were very close to attractions and the city for our excursions. Our vehicles were safe, and we felt very well looked after. The communication from Niagara Hospitality was exceptional. We had multiple touch points leading up to our booking, check ins throughout and a great thank you after we had left. I would recommend this spot to other large groups, and would book again if I am in the area and in need of a larger rental space. Thanks again!!!
