Nice Place just in a rough area.

Overall this spot worked out for our one night stop over close to Niagara Falls. Only downside is its in a not so great neighborhood. Overall nice place with all the right amenities.

Nice location, very close to the Niagara Falls, the house is really nice renovated and very comfy... the neighborhood is a little beat wird, because many houses are abandoned, but we made it safe, very grateful 🙏

Our Stay at Niagara

This property was nice inside the neighborhood is rough and up and coming but not dangerous it’s walking distance to the casino. and stores for every need is close by myself and my family we enjoyed each other and it was enough room for everybody to sleep comfortably with seven bedrooms I feel this property needs better dining area furniture and bed frames also TVs in the bedrooms but overall very nice

Good house, just bad area

The home was as described. The place was clean and met our needs during our visit to Niagara Falls. The United States side of Niagara Falls is very rundown. Many homes are boarded up.

Excellent Stay!

This was honestly an amazing experience to have in Niagara Falls! If you are 21+, the casino is literally right down the road from the house. Such a beautiful home and comfortable beds, accommodations were outstanding. The only downside has nothing to do with the house itself but the neighborhood is a bit of a strange place, but the house itself is like a diamond in the rough. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend who wants to maybe spend a weekend and see the Falls or anything of that sort. Amazing stay once again and I am so glad I came and stayed with my friends this weekend.

Nice stay

Nice house. Convenient location. We walked to a lot of the attractions and dinner. Hopefully the neighborhood continues to improve. Not many dishes or glasses. I emailed the host about it but she didn’t respond. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the falls. Nice house to stay in, very comfortable and clean. Really nice family mini vacation

Overall Good!

We were surprised by the neighborhood. Cleanliness was fine. There was wear and tear on the furnishings, but 7 adults and one child did well in the roomy house. Close to all the Niagara things to do. House needs more light and ventilation. Water pressure in the showers was Terrible, with a capital T! Overall, very pleased with our trip and the convenience of the house. Would stay again!

Sketchy neighborhood, damaged house

Most of the surrounding houses were condemned/boarded up. Damage from previous guests not fixed or even known to owners. Lack of pot holders, hand towels, places to hang towels, dollar store toilet paper. Lots of small things missing that would make the stay comfortable. Needs to be redone with an eye to comfort and convenience.

Very Close to Niagara Falls and the Seneca Casino

The location of this property was great, very close to Niagara Falls and the Seneca Casino. However, the neighborhood was very rough and run down. The home was very spacious but was not clean. Did not have a garbage disposal, bath tub, or hooks & shelves in the bathroom for towels and toiletries. Which made it very inconvenient, especially with children. Our overall rating was 4 stars due to these matters. Thank you!

Good location

The property definitely has some wear and tear now compared to the pictures. Overall, it worked for us and was very close to all the activities we planned. The whole area of Niagara Falls is unfortunately quite run down. We never felt unsafe but the surrounding neighborhood is older and many homes are abandoned. Communication with the host was excellent, the air conditioning wasn’t working the first day but they quickly resolved that. Plenty of space for a large family. Property needs kitchen towels, and hot pads for oven. We had to use bath towels for the kitchen and removing tray from the oven. The price and location were good for us. Hopefully, more revitalization will continue in this area as it really is a great location.

Super clean rental.

The property was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. Neighborhood is rough but house was great and nicely decorated. The house has tons of closet space but no rods/hooks to hang any clothing up in the bedroom closets or jackets in the main floor closet. We came in town for a funeral so that was a little inconvenient to try and figure out how to hang up our dress clothes. There is only one tv on the main level and the remote had no batteries so I ran out and purchased some and left them for the next renter. Listing needs to be updated as it lists 4 queens, there are only 3 and the other is a twin.

Close to everything!

This house was clean, newly renovated and literally 5 minutes to the falls! At first the neighborhood was a little scary but we soon found out it was safe just in a part of town that is being revitalized. The only complaints: no laundry room which is a must with wet clothes and little kids. There was only 1 tv in the whole house in the living room. The box springs and beds were on the floor and not on a frame which may be hard for some people to get out of in the mornings. The only way to contact the owners was through email if there was an emergency or an issue with the property this could be a problem, this was my biggest complaint. Overall we would definitely stay in this house again!

Very Clean. Good Location.

This very clean house was an adventure. 6 bedrooms and a bonus bed gave us 4 adults plenty of space. The neighborhood was run-down and depressing. I was nervous when I made a right ontp the one way street, but completely surprised to see the beautiful steps and lovely porch. We loved the combination lock. Everyone could come and go as they pleased. This location is a 3 minute drive from the falls. Parking in the tourist lot or at the park is $10. I give this place a high rating. However, the water pressure was awful. It was so bad I needed to retrieve a pot from the kitchen to rinse my hair with water from the bathroom sink. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. Good heating system. Lousy shower water pressure.

Family Vacation

The house was clean and nice. The rooms were perfect for our family of 8 adults. King bed, queen bed, and bathroom on lower level. 4 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Beds were decently comfortable. Pillows were thin and flat. We did ask for extra blankets and they were there with extra pillows on arrival. Bedrooms need curtains. There are sheer curtains in every room, so the street lights shine in and you are awakened by the sun every morning. The shower water pressure is awful. There are no hand towels or towel racks or hooks to hang wet towels. There were plenty of glasses and coffee cups, but the cooking pots and pans looked really worn. No driveway. You have to park in the street and move your car to the other side of the street every night. House is not handicap accessible. The neighborhood was really boarded up but there were a couple of houses being renovated. Very close location to the falls and activities. Overall, it was a good stay for our family.

Stay Away!

We are frequent VRBO travelers. This rental has been our worst experience. Upon arrival we requested an early check in. The code given did not work. Communication with the company was poor and all computerized. Made calls that were not returned and was very frustrating. Asked for a crib and high chair to be available and had to make multiple calls to finally get them. Very bad infestation of sewer bugs/gnats. Our 18 month old had no shoes on and her feet and turned black due to the floors being so dirty. Unfortunately, the baby was over tired and getting sick so we could not call someone to fix these problems. When we woke the next morning we found an individual going through the trash cans looking for bottles. All night youths walked around the neighborhood, one having a mask on. The neighborhood was awful. The second morning our trash was all over the walkway. Our infant was so sick we did use their laundry service and that was great.The bugs flying around the kitchen were all over everything. The kitchen has two areas that needed repair that could have caused injuries to our toddler. One was an air duct improperly covered and the second a sharp metal strip the was on flooring that was very sharp and could have caused cuts on feet. As soon as the baby was well we left.

Updates needed

House was clean but the floors in stocking feet dirty. Front steps outside very loose and trip hazard have pictures if requested. The floor mat inside front door corners rolled up causing a trip hazard. No place to hang clothes. No place to hang bath towels to dry, 8 in our party ten towels for 7 days. Shower presure very very low. We paid the cleaning fee and were required to strip beds and place in baskets, also bath towels. Required to wash and stow all dishes. My question is why did we pay the cleaning fee. Upstairs bedroom has birds living above the window making that room unusable. Various electric outlets did not work. Dents in the freezer door. Tv system volume control from movie to commercial hurt our ears to loud Wow. Rear burner on stove top has a chip and crack. Non stick pans are terrible, we bought one and left it for the next guest. No dish towels or dish clothes to do dishes, we provided our own. Neighborhood very run down, had to park on the street and move vehicle everyday from odd to even. Upstairs bedroom had a crack in the back of the door. Dish soap seemed watered down.
