gemessen am Preis mäßiger Instandhaltungszustand

Die Lage ist natürlich sehr gut, mit (etwas eingeschränktem) Blick auf das Meer. Dadurch ist der Preis auch eher gehoben, weshalb man zumindest auch Topzustand erwarten sollte. Dieser ist im Detail aber eher mäßig. Die Duschstange ist kurz vor dem abfallen. Eine Sideboardtüre konnte ich gerade noch mit einem Schraubenzieher retten, Unterschiedliche Türklinken sind auch nicht schön oder ein Billigstnudelsieb, was schon bei einem Pfund Nudeln nachgibt. Und warum zum Teufel ersetzt man nicht eine uralte mit Pflaster zudammen geklebte TV Fernbedienung? 12€ bei ebay. Und, bei aller Liebe, das Mini-2-Flammenkochfeld ist auch etwas beschwerlich... Auch nicht jedermanns Sache sind die relativ schmalen Betten. Und bei dem Preis für die Endreinigung wäre aus dieser Hinsicht auch noch Luft nach oben... Übligens, das zeitweise laute Brummen aus dem Keller gibt es immer noch. Und Baltic Appartmens könnten sich bezüglich Kundenorientierung auch noch etwas optimieren...

Eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche liegt hinter uns, es passte alles,Wetter, Strand,Meer und besonders die Ferienwohnung war wieder super.Mein Wunsch aus dem Vorjahr wurde promt erfüllt! Das Bad wurde sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch erneuert. Danke dafür(meine Bewertung vom Vorjahr bitte ich insofern zu löschen).Außerdem wurde die große Fensterfront zur Terasse mit zusätzlichem Sonnenschutz versehen.Alles war wieder sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.

gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

+ optimale Strandlage (der Hundestrand liegt quasi direkt vor der Türe), für uns wichtig dass vieles zu Fuß erreichbar ist (REWE, Lokalitäten/Restaurant), nach Haffkrug "Strandmeile" oder Scharbeutz bei großer Hitze dann besser mit dem Rad oder Auto. - wir hatten nach einigen Tagen mehrfach täglich (auch nachts) jeweils ein kurzzeitiges, nerviges (mechanisches) Geräusch aus dem Keller kommend, vermutlich durch eine fehlerhafte Wasser-/Abwasserpumpe oder ähnlich. Dies wurde telefonisch dem Baltic-Apartment-Team mitgeteilt und man wollte es an die Hausverwaltung(?!) weitergeben, obwohl ich die Ferienwohnung ja bei Baltic und nicht bei der Hausverwaltung gebucht habe. Geändert hat sich dann auch nach 3 weiteren Tagen bis zur Abreise nichts ..........wäre wohl evtl. anders gelaufen wenn ich im Nachhinein persönlich vorgesprochen hätte, daher aber entsprechender Punktabzug in der Gesamtwertung (Kommunikation/Serviceleistung).
