My wife and I are high school sweethearts and have been married for 26 years. We have 2 children ages 22 and 17. We currently live in the Seattle area where we grew up but we love to come down to the Arizona sun as often as possible. We have family in the Arizona area which has introduced us to all the fun things you can do. We hope you have as much fun in Arizona as we do.
Why they chose this property
Our home is located in one of the most amazing communities, Sun City Festival. We always knew we wanted a 2nd home in Arizona and once we visited Sun City Festivals we fell in love. It is one place where you can do something different everyday. The community allows you to stay active and meet lots of wonderful people. Surprise is only a 10 minute drive away if you want to be in a city, otherwise Sun City Festivals provides opportunities galore!
What makes this property unique
We fell in love w the quality of this home and the community it is in. The opportunities are endless which really drew us to this property.
