The location is literally perfect IMO. Half way between the international mall (I.e restaurants and shopping) and the beach (both within a few short blocks). Pool and hot tub were an oasis when we were needing a beach break. Room had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean, just very basic and don’t expect a view. I thought the price was fair, but the unit is not new and shows its age.

We have a hard time to find the car parking when the car parking is too fulled and we had to pay garage parking for the last 7 days ($50) or more. It is all depends on how long hours parking.

The staff was incredibly polite and very helpful. The building seemed in good shape and the pool area was pretty awesome. The room however was extremely dated and looked pretty run down. Parking was horrendous, but from what I have heard and been explained, most of Waikiki and Honolulu are this way. So I don’t think I can blame the property for our difficulties with parking.

Great location, as the beach, shopping and restaurants were within walking distance. Bus stops were close by. The building is in need of TLC. There was black mold or grunge around the tub and one of the handles on the shower fell off, but it still worked. Toilet wouldn’t stop running periodically. Front staff were friendly and helpful. Not sure if we would stay here again.
