You will benefit from a location close to the best restaurants in Nice and its food shops. The apartment is located on the first floor without elevator of a building, courtyard side with a spacious & pretty shaded terrace to enjoy the Nice climate in complete tranquility.
The studio is composed of:
- A pleasant living room with open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator & freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, washing machine & induction hob .
- A sofa bed with standard size double mattress (140x190). You also have a Smart TV with free WiFi connection.
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit & WC.
Bed and bath linen are provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee).
The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive with complete peace of mind. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.
