Séjour au top 👌 Que du soleil, avec une vue sur mer magnifique de l appartement. Randonnée très sympa au départ de l appartement du côté de rotheneuf,pointe de la varde. Restaurant,bar ,sur le sillon très agréable. Nous conseillons cet appartement.

Vue imprenable!

Appartement très agréable, propre, bien équipé, avec une vue magnifique sur la plage et la promenade. Petits espaces extèrieurs très sympas. Très bien situé. A conseiller plutôt à des personnes valides et sans enfants en bas âges car il y a Beaucoup de marches et d'escaliers pour accéder à l'appartement. Il y en a même dans le couloir et la salle de bain. Moi j'y retournerai avec plaisir.

Saint Malo plage du Sillon

Emplacement plus qu' idyllique, nous reviendrons! Appartement plus grand que ce que nous avions anticipé. Magnifique vue sur la mer avec accès direct plage. Deuxieme etage (sans ascenseur, à prendre en compte si bébé et poussette, ce qui n'etait pas notre cas). Cuisine et SDB un peu viellottes mais tout à fait convenables, l emplacement et la vue prennent clairement le dessus. Boitier wifi à louer.

Schöne Lage, toller Ausblick, gute Raumaufteilung. Starke Geruchsbelästigung aufgrund neuem Raum- bzw Türanstrich☹️ Bidet nicht benützbar Keine bzw sehr eingeschränkte Parkmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung Unnötig grosser und umfangreicher Schlüsselbund (4 notwendige Schlüssel - Bund aber mit 12 Schlüsseln ausgehändigt)

Nette Ferienwohnung in prima Lage

Alles in allem ist die Ferienwohnung prima gelegen (Ausblick & Strand) und sehr gemütlich (auch wenn die Möbel etwas älter sind). Supermarkt, Restaurants, Innenstadt, Bushaltestelle alles in Reichweite. Einige Mängel sind uns trotzdem aufgefallen: * Geschirrtücher, Schwamm, Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier fehlten als wir ankamen. Als Zugreisender hatte ich mich auf die Basics einer FeWo verlassen * zwei Platten des Herds sind unbenutzbar

vous ne payez que la vue sur mer

le +, beau volume, déco à revoir de A à Z, pourtant avec peu de moyen, cet appart se louerai mieux. laissez moi une semaine je le mets au gout du jour et je suis sérieux (même en hiver pour peu de frais. Confier un mandant sans faire un minimum d’investissement vue la concurrence est une grosse erreur

Sehr positiv mit kleinen Mängeln, die leicht zu beheben sind.

Die Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade ist einmalig, der Blick bis nach Intra muros und über das Meer ist unschlagbar. Das Schlafzimmer liegt nach hinten und ist sehr ruhig; man wird eher von der Sonne als von Lärm geweckt. Leider sind die großen Wintergarten-Fenster im Wohnzimmer auf der Unterseite schon etwas blind geworden, weil sich zwischen der Doppelverglasung Feuchtigkeit gesammelt hat. Das haben frühere Mieter auch schon bemängelt. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig (es fehlt ausgerechnet ein Korkenzieher), aber altmodisch. Das stört nicht, allerdings sind die alten und fleckigen Teppiche weder schön noch gesund; das betrifft auch das Sofa. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind rund um das Haus sehr günstig. Wir überlegen, schon im kommenden Jahr wiederzukommen. Wenn der Eigentümer einige kleine Renovierungen durchführt, um so lieber. Die Abwicklung der Reise und die Zusammenarbeit mit Interhome waren perfekt.

superbe location

location propre et bien entretenue.la description est conforme au bien propose.situation ideale vue magnifique et tout a proximite.manque petit fauteuil ds le salon et une marmite pour les fruits de mer.je recommande cette location.on revient l annee prochaine.

Tres bonnes prestations, , buanderie super pratique pour des sportifs. et les équipements pratiques. Agence Interhome au top. Appartement à proximité de tout et presque pieds dans l'eau géant. Un seul petit point négatif..... dommage que la baie vitrée centrale soit pleine de condensation sur le double vitrage, permettant pas d avoir une super vue. vraiment dommage. Y retournerai surment
