Just a place to sleep and maybe park your boat. If you are boating or fishing and just need a place for the night or a few nights, this may be the place for you. Or maybe you have friends who have a place but you want your own space. Nothing fancy. At this time there is no WiFi in the bunk room but can be accessed close to the house on this same property. Bring a cooler because there is no refrigerator or microwave at this time. Complimentary camping chairs to hang around the campfire are provided. Plenty of space to park a boat or two. Owner may be on property occupying house depending on when bunk room is rented.

Great for an overnight stay

This was a great stop for the night. We were riding our motorcycles from Myrtle to Arkansas and being able to stop for the night and have a great shower and comfortable bed in a peaceful neighborhood was wonderful. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Might suggest more detailed driving instructions as our Google Maps didn't take us directly to the address for some reason.

Room at the lake.

This was just what we needed, a place to sleep. It was everything you’d have at a hotel. We were on the water throughout the day and ate at local marina. Will stay here again when we can. Great people to work with and communication was great.
