The mountain air mixes with the coastal and you will have a view of the coast and the city of Budva right in front of you.
Out door oasis with beautiful swimming pool and sunbeds is ideal for anyone who`s looking for a real relaxation and enjoyment. The spacious living room opens to the classy dining area and kitchen, which is fully equipped. The villa comes with 3 bedrooms which will provide you comfortable and peaceful sleep. Also, there are 2 bathrooms fully equipped, spacious and modernly designed. The outdoor area with comfy furniture is such a joy, where you can have your first morning coffee or have a glass of wine with the magnificent view.

Quiet spot above Budva

The house has a great view of Budva and the area. We enjoyed hiking and biking a few minutes from the house. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The hosts were very accomodating and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay and would like to come back in warmer weather.

Haven in the hills

This property is located a few kms up the hill from the bustle of Budva. It offers a peaceful sanctuary but still within striking distance of the coast and the restaurants of 'the strip'. The photos are reasonably representative of the property although at the time we visited there was another property just up the hill from the villa which was under construction. It does not impinge on the view down to the coast though. The house is clean and the beds are new and comfortable. There is only one shower although there is another toilet downstairs. Overall I would recommend and we enjoyed our time in the house.
