OUR HOME
The cabin is a two story, open-concept living/dining/kitchen space, wood vaulted ceilings, and picturesque windows that allow you to enjoy the beauty of the pines even from inside. Loft area includes a shuffleboard and small seating area overlooking the main living space. The 8ft tall double panel doors open to over 1100 sq ft of deck, featuring a gas fireplace as a focal point for gathering.

Quartz counters and island with bar stool seating, open shelving and closed cabinets, pantry space in laundry area, large sink, garbage disposal, fully equipped kitchen with gas range.

RETREAT & REJUVENATE
Cabin has two private suites with king beds and full ensuite bathrooms. Second suite in the loft but designed for privacy in mind. Bathrooms have sleek walk-in showers and marble countertops. First floor bathroom features a freestanding soaker tub with electric fireplace.

ESCAPE TO NATURE
There is over 1100 sq. ft. of deck wrapping around the cabin's indoor living space for seamless indoor-outdoor living. There's lounge seating and a covered hot tub to enjoy rain or shine. The gas fireplace and grill under the covered deck are both hard lined to propane and equipped with timers for ease of use. The stairs from the deck lead to a gravel space to play corn hole or other outdoor games and a fire pit in the woods with plenty of room to gather around the fire for roasting s'mores. Private gravel circle driveway and parking spaces.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK:

* No smoking anywhere on the premises
* No pets allowed of any size or kind, no exceptions. Any evidence of pets that are discovered on the property will result in a fine and immediate eviction without refund, no exceptions.
* No large events, parties, or gatherings
* Max occupancy is 4 (including children). If there are more than 4 people on the property at ANY time you will be asked to leave immediately and you will not be refunded for unused nights.
* Must be at least 30 years old to book; person booking must be one of the occupants throughout entire stay
* Additional fees and taxes may apply
* Photo ID will be required at booking in order to confirm your booking.
* Guest must execute Rental Agreement before the reservation is confirmed and access code issued.

NOTES:

* The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. There are no baby gates.
* Your safety matters. This property features several exterior cameras.
* The Hot Tub is drained, cleaned and refilled after every check-out.
* The gas fireplaces are turned off and will not be available for guest use from May 1 - October 1.
* The road to the cabin is a dirt road after turning off of HWY 259. It's completely doable in a smaller sedan-like car, but you may prefer a SUV/Truck or larger vehicle if you have that option. Driving directions are sent to guests prior to their stay via the digital guest guidebook.
