Apartment "de Tweit"; a quietly located apartment in the center, beach: 900 m, port: 1 k
We cordially invite you to spend your vacation in our lovingly and just as practical furnished apartment "de Tweit" (approx. 65 m²). It is preferably intended for 2 people, extra beds, cots are also possible on request. It is located on the 1st Floor and can be booked all year round, depending on occupancy, also together with our apartment "de Irst" on the ground floor of the house and has internet connection via WLAN access.
In the cozy living room with corner couch, satellite-HDTV with digital radio, DVD player with CD function u. a. you can spend peaceful hours. A separate kitchen (approx. 8.5 m²) with cooking facilities (2 induction hobs), microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer and various dishes is available, as well as a shower and a separate toilet with washing facilities and hairdryer. All rooms are centrally heated (depending on the weather). In the entrance area of the ground floor there is a veranda with seating.
A parking space for your car is located directly on the property and for bicycles we offer a lockable storage facility. In the village, also in the immediate vicinity there are several shops, doctors, pharmacies, physiotherapy, restaurants and interesting cultural offerings are within walking distance in a short time. Bicycle rental stations with pick-up, delivery and repair services are available several times on site. The sailing port is around 1.0 km away and the fine-grained beach is around 900 m away.
We wish you relaxing hours on the beautiful terrace (south-west facing), surrounded by greenery, barbecuing is also possible here in the garden.
Extensive guest information will help you plan your trip. Nature lovers will find miles of well-developed hiking and biking trails in Usedom, even in wooded areas. You can enjoy the mild Baltic Sea climate on our wide sandy beach.
The rental price includes: energy and water consumption. Bed linen can be rented optionally, also a cot. You have to bring your own towels.
