This beautiful 3 BDR, top-floor home offers everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay for a few nights or an extended stay. Nicely decorated, the house has comfy beds with freshly laundered linens and towels. Get your business work done in a furnished office area and enjoy using the fully stocked kitchen, complete with coffee bar. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently close to UNL, the Haymarket, and Pinnacle Bank Arena, as well as Walmart and HyVee Grocery. Two to three minutes off of Interstate 80. Basement is rented to our property manager to help with any needs you might have.

**Currently the backyard is in the process of being planted to grass, and we request you avoid this area.

The property was immaculate! I didn’t notice on the listing that the basement was occupied. It was personally not ideal but we were never disturbed. We only had one issue with the living room tv not able to stream anything.

Drew was excellent at communicating and accommodating me when I ran into and issue w/ the WiFi (which does go in and out throughout the day). The property was very clean and the kitchen had all necessities. The back yard is fenced in but not open to use at this time. I would recommend this rental!

Everything about our stay was top notch. The house was very clean and comfortable. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed while we were in town visiting our son who is a student at UNL. Would love to stay here on a future visit.
