A spacious, beautiful St. George Island home with stunning bay views! Just a short walk to the beaches of SGI! Enjoy bay views of the Apalachicola Bay from all 4 porches of the home! Amenities at the home include: adult bicycles, beach chairs, ping pong table, foosball, arcade machines & a combination gas/charcoal grill. Home features private screened-in swimming pool! Located directly across from a private bay front nature park and minutes away from some of the most beautiful nature trails to explore by bike or foot. The home is just a short distance from the community clubhouse, where you can enjoy the fitness center and the island's largest community swimming pool.

*This property is pet friendly. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $200. This covers one dog under 50lbs. We will allow a max. 2 dogs under 50lbs. There is an additional $75 fee for a 2nd dog.*

House layout:
1st floor: wet room/entry room
2nd floor: 2 bay view porches, kitchen, dining, living room, 1 queen bedroom, 1 bunk room (combination full/twin bunk) with shared full bathroom.
3rd floor: 1 king bedroom suite + master bath with jacuzzi tub, 2 king bedrooms,1 bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds - both combination full/twin bunk, 1 full bath & 1 half bath in hallway, laundry, 2 bay view porches.

For those with smaller children, there is a pack n' play and crib available at no extra charge.
There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. Thank you for understanding!
