Beautiful Lake Oconee Lake Front Estate with Custom POOL AND HOT TUB

The Retreat is a brand new 2021 home with a custom pool and spa. On a beautiful point lot in the best location Lake Oconee has to offer! Close to all restaurants by car or boat! Come stay and kick your feet up on the screened porch with a wood burning fire place or on the max dock!! Enjoy the sunrise in mornings and the sunset in evenings!! The Retreat has two bedrooms on the main level each with their own full bath rooms, also one half bath on the main. The upstairs has a loft area, bunk room with a full bed and two twin beds, and two separate bedrooms. Two full bathrooms upstairs. Back porch area has a propane grill, outdoor shower, and plenty of outdoor furniture. Please don't hesitate to message me with any questions!

Additional Details:
- The pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee of $150 per night. If you would like it heated for arrival time - please notify the host at time of booking or at minimum 24 hours prior to arrival.

- Guest may enjoy enjoy a max dock for fishing, boating, kayaking and swimming. Absolutely NO DIVING off the property or dock.

- Rates are adjusted daily! If it is necessary to change the dates of your stay - please note that your daily rates may increase.

What a fabulous experience!! The home was very well stocked with everything needed for our family of 8 adults and 5 babies. The home manager made everything so wonderful and deserves extra kudos!! I would highly recommend this home and hope we can return again next summer!!

Family Weekend Getaway

This rental was one of the best we have ever stayed in. It has an excellent layout for entertaining and the outdoor space is unbeatable!! The view is stunning. Absolutely Amazing!

Wow! What an awesome view! This gorgeous home sits on an amazing lake view that’ll leave you speechless! The house is spacious, very well decorated, and there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out or enjoy time together! The indoor and outdoor speakers adds such a great touch when hanging out with friends and/or toddlers having dance parties!

Phenomenal house and location

This house looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Perfect for our girls getaway weekend and I will be back for a family weekend, for sure! The view is breathtaking, the house is situated so you have a view every time you look out of a window, it is spotless, well stocked, and the furnishings are spectacular. Host responded quickly to every question and the binder has everything you need. They gave a great recommendation to rent a pontoon boat and kayaks, which were delivered to the dock and picked up! A must to fully experience the lake, which is beautifully maintained. If you are flying in, it is just over an hour from the airport - super easy. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect property for family and friends!

This property was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of space for our three families to hang out. We had 4 adults and 8 kids ranging from 10-20. The upstairs area was perfect for all the kids to hang out. There is more seating that you can even imagine in the beautiful outdoor space. The dock is huge and we had a ton of fun hanging out there and swimming in the lake. For parents with younger kids, you can see the lake from the pool so it brings less worry. We absolutely loved this property and the owners were so responsive. Everything was fabulous!!

Late summer getaway

A week of family fun and total relaxation! The house is beautifully appointed, from the comfortable bedding to the plentiful towels, whether by the lake or pool, enjoying movie night or jamming to your teen daughter the DJ...you can't buy those memories and they opportunity goes by so quickly. When you think of getting away and spending time with the people you love, this is where to go. It is a great choice! We will certainly be back.

Wonderful 4 days.

seven adults, two teenagers, & two 10 year olds had a better than expected visit. Everyone had a bed and the entire home was beyond comfortable. Having the hot tub & pool was a big plus for all ages. We rented a ski boat for two half days and the boat rental was about a 15 minute ride to our dock. Home is on a beautiful lake lot. Never used the screened in porch with a fireplace. Can't think of anything to say that I would like changed. Would come back.

Thanksgiving 2022

This is a fabulous rental. The house is great and easily accommodates large groups and provides ample space and activity, especially the pool and outdoor entertaining spaces. We stayed here with our family for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it - kids and adults. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, plenty of towels in the bathroom, etc. would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway

The property was "as advertised". We really enjoyed the outdoors space, and enjoyed the lake as it was presented so well from so many different rooms on the property. The property manager was very responsive and made things very easy. We will be back!

Beautiful home with gorgeous views

The home is beautifully designed for entertaining a large group. My family all gathered (grandparents, grandkids) and had a great time. From the views - morning, noon and night…we had an amazing full moon right out back!! The pool and hot tub and fire pit (for s’mores) was top of the list for the kids. Usually we are boaters but really enjoyed more time on land with this home’s great living areas and backyard. Would love to make another vaca here as it was awesome!!

Tucked into a quiet little corner of paradise on Lake Oconee. The place is very nice with great taste on the interior! Eatonton is right up the road with restaurants and convenient needs. Deep water dock not too far from a marina. Heated pool. Pretty good life for a week! Thank you for The Retreat!

Great location, house and time!

It was a wonderful, newly built home that had all of the essentials that made the stay even more enjoyable. We were able to cook all our own meals and the pool/spa were our favorite. The technology in the home was also a plus with surround sound speakers in and outside with an ipad all in one system to control it- was great. We will be back!

Fabulous!

The Retreat just works! On the interior, the well appointed kitchen opens into a wonderful dining and living area with beautiful lake views. When we get together as a family we like to gather in the same room and the layout was perfect for meal prep and family dinners. Step out of the living area and you access comfortable porch spaces, covered grill area, and brand new pool and hot tub. Of course beyond that is an easy and flat walk to the lake and dock. The property is on a point so the lake views are expansive. We loved the convenience of having no stairs to reach the lake which made it easy when loading and unloading our boat. Bedrooms were comfortable, house was immaculate, and we had everything we needed for a fabulous long weekend with family. We appreciated all the details…iPad was loaded up with simple instructions on how to navigate everything from sound system to hot tub. We had no issues with operating anything. Corey was quick to respond to any questions and easy to work with. Hope to be back!
