The quietly located and cosily furnished holiday apartment in the Gresenhorst district is on the ground floor of the house and can accommodate 2 adults and a child. The cosy holiday apartment has a bedroom with a double bed in which a guest bed or cot can also be added. From the bedroom you have direct access to the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower. You enter the holiday apartment through the lovingly equipped kitchen, where you will also find a comfortable seating area. The bright and friendly living room with a view of the garden has a TV and a comfortable sofa bed for another person.



The spacious and well-kept garden with a pond and a small bridge can be used by you to linger. In a sheltered corner between two trees behind the house, you can start the day with a hearty breakfast or round off the day with a relaxed evening barbecue.



Thanks to its central location, the holiday resort of Marlow is the ideal starting point for your leisure activities - whether on foot, by bike or on a boat. Stroll through the beautiful old town centre of Schwerin, plan a detour to the ever-popular Baltic Sea spa resort of Zingst or enjoy your time in the Vineta town of Barth on the Baltic Sea coast of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Relaxation is not neglected here either. In just 15 minutes by car you can reach Ribnitz-Dammgarten, the gateway to Fischland-Darß, which is known for its numerous sports facilities, restaurants and beautiful white beaches. Popular excursion destinations in Marlow are the bird park or the open-air museum in Klockenhagen.
