Wooden cottage 2007 (upstairs built 2010) kitchen, living room, bedroom double bed, bedroom 2 beds, bedroom 1 bed, upstairs bedroom 2 beds, bedroom 1 bed and balcony, sauna, washroom, dressing room, terrace and glazed porc.

Cottage has mechanical ventilation with heat recovery facility. Electric smoker for fish. New, spacious cottage on shore of Lake Niskajärvi. Yard area is child-friendly, shallow shore, grass. Suitable eg. for two families. Bright and spacious bedrooms. Kitchen and washing facilities not the best possible for bigger groups. There is only one shower.

Electric car charging for an additional fee at the owner's farm (approx. 300 m from the cottage), the charging location has a mains plug and a Schuko plug, payment according to consumption to the owner.

For rent outboard motor and bicycle.

Lot of fish in Niskajärvi lake for example pike perch, pike, bream. 2 fish traps for clients use.

Owner’s farm and fields next to plot. Peas and strawberries for sale in season.

Naarajärvi airstrip 15 km. ”Savon Amatson” canoeing route 16 km. ”Nykälän Koski” rapids fishing area 18 km. Pieksämäki, Nukkekoti Tarinamäki for children’s activities 18 km. Mikkeli 80 km, Visulahti, Kenkävero, etc.

Note! Owner will charge a deposit equal to the cleaning fee in cash on arrival if client has not booked final cleaning as an extra service.
