This beautiful vacation home is located a few kilometers from Urbino, in a hilly area surrounded by meadows and woods, which offers wonderful views everywhere and whose climate remains pleasant even in the hot summer months. The house develops on two levels: on the first floor you will find a spacious living room, a kitchen and a guest toilet, and on the floor above, the three bedrooms with bathroom. Outside, the beautiful covered veranda invites you to take your meals outdoors and end the vacation day with a good glass of wine after an eventful day trip. Some excursion tips: the wonderful, ancient city of Urbino, which is part of the World Heritage Site due to its architecture and cultural history, is only 8 km away, whereas the Adriatic coast with its beautiful, extensive sandy beaches near Pesaro and Fano, which is ideal especially for families with children, is only about 36 km away.
