This delightful 105 m2 apartment offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 16th floor and has a lift access.

It is designed with vibrant living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals.

Two bedrooms each have a double bed (140 x 200). The third bedroom, perfect for children, has a bed that converts into two single beds (80 x 190 cm). All the beds are equipped with hotel-quality linens and ample storage space.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The 15th arrondissement is a vibrant district with plenty of attractions to explore. For art loversvisit the Antoine Bourdelle Museum and the Espace Frans Krajcberg Gallery. The Pasteur Museum, for example, allows you to retrace the advances of the famous scientist, and the Musée de la Poste, for example, allows you to discover postal history.

For shopping enthusiasts, head to Rue du Commerce or the new Beaugrenelle shopping centre. Take a stroll at the ultra-modern Parc André Citroën and Parc Georges Brassens. You may also be tempted by the Aquaboulevard water park, which offers visitors 7,000 m² of change of scenery.

Finally, to enjoy a panoramic view of Paris, climb to the top of the Tour Montparnasse, where you will be amazed day and night. Take advantage of the many viewpoints over the Eiffel Tower that the 15th arrondissement offers, especially the Bir-Hakeim Bridge.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Charles Michels, is just a 5-minute walk.

Paris-Orly Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
