We offer this charming 40 m² flat for rent in Gérardmer, in a small residence/chalet with lake and mountain views, around 600 metres from the lake beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people. This duplex flat comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a large chalet-style bedroom, a living room opening onto the balcony, a shower room and a 40 m² garden bordering the flat.
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, large oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, illuminated extractor hood, fridge/freezer, storage cupboards, etc.
- Separate WC
First floor:
- A large bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room with walk-in shower, large washbasin and illuminated mirror.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, ironing board and iron, and various social appliances (fondue set, crêpes, etc).
Exterior:
- A 4 m² balcony (south-west facing) with furniture and a beautiful view of the lake and green spaces.
- An unfenced shared green space facing south-west
The flat is ideally located in Gérardmer on the "Xettes" hillside, 300 m from the town centre, in a very pleasant setting with views over the town, lake and mountains.
All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, a bank with an ATM, etc.
Numerous visits can be made (visit to the LIN VOSGES textile factory about 400 metres from the accommodation, the Vosges confectionery factory, the small and large Tandon waterfall, the Longmer/retournemer lake, Bresse etc.).
Events :
- Daffodil Festival on 1 April every other year
- Fantastic film festival every year at the end of January
- Numerous local and national sports festivals (national canoeing/kayaking championship, triathlon in early September, etc.)
- Motorcycle festivals and rallies, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the flat's private car park (3 vehicles can park there) and a garage is available for one vehicle (can also be used to store bikes/scooters).

- Nearest train station: Épinal 40 km (43 min by car)
- Nearest airport: EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg 110 km (1h45 by car)
