Biarritz at it's Best

I've stayed at a number of condos at Biarritz and this one's great! Very clean and good layout with views of the hills to the north for a beautiful sunset every night.

Almost Heaven!!

The heated pool and hot tub were great. Pool was large enough to swim laps. Walking distance to downtown was enjoyable. Having two patios was fun, and both patios featured beautiful views of the mountains and palm trees.

Wonderful Stay Downtown

Perfect location, only 2 blocks from downtown Palm Springs where the Thursday night festival is held, the Tour of Palm Springs (Cycling), and the Museums, and restaurants reside. The unit was perfect for the two of us with a well equipped kitchen we were all set. Definitely recommended.

Enjoyable Place to Stay

The unit was exactly as described, very clean and cozy. There are 17 steep stairs leading up to the condo. I do not recommend it for those with mobility issues or difficulty getting luggage up the steps. The complex is excellent. The grounds, pool, and tennis courts are well-maintained. The condo is well-equipped. There was a Nespresso machine and a coffee pot, and the kitchen had everything for at-home meal prep. Dozens of restaurants are within walking distance.

Clean, cute and great location

We enjoyed our stay and its location to all we wanted to do. We were able to walk to a great little coffee/bakery spot called Ristretto. A short drive away we ate at some great restaurants. Farm was one of our favorites as well as Tac/Quila. We enjoyed having the property owner right away when we had a question about how to adjust the AC via texting. Owner was great!

Best Palm Springs location!

Complex is great. Lovely grounds, pool, tennis courts. Unit well equipped with comfortable bed. Dozens of restaurants within walking distance. Grocery, casino, and pharmacy a few minutes away. High end shopping outlets 30 mins. Joshua Tree close by. Numerals activities in every direction. This is great place to be base camp for exploring the are.

Lovely Location & Condo

We have stayed at other condos in this complex and this is one of the nicest. Particularly like the balcony overlooking the pool. Stairs would be a challenge for those with mobility issues.

Nice place to stay

Rental was just as described. Sets of stairs to enter the apartment were no joke. Place was clean and comfortable. Close to many things. Enjoyed our stay there

Great stay

We found the condo to be delightful. A small glitch upon arrival with the cleaning crew, but the owner promptly responded and all turned out well. He even treated us to lunch as compensation, even though the probelm was not his fault. The location is perfect and the grounds are beautiful. Really enjoyed the pool. Would highly recommend! Just be aware of the stairs -- as the owner makes clear, the elevator does not take you all the way up to the condo.

Spring in Palm Springs

We joined many others, including a lot of Canadians and Midwesterners, enjoying the sunshine and warm weather in Palm Springs. The unit was exactly as described-clean and cosy. There was a Nespresso machine and a coffee pot and the kitchen was well supplied. There are 17 steep stairs leading up to the condo, so I do not recommend it for those who would have difficulty getting luggage up the steps. The pool is nice, with plenty of lounge chairs available. We enjoyed the "flea market" at the College of the Desert, and the Thursday PS street fair. The condo was convenient to downtown-we revisted favorite restaurants and found some new ones. We found that reservations were a good idea.

Great location to downtown

Condo was in a great location. It was clean and cozy. Biggest negative was the road noise at night. Located on a very busy road so you may want to bring ear plugs or fan. Owner was very attentive. Thank you Daniel.

Great location, steep stairs

Host Daniel was very responsive to all questions. He was very helpful in arranging an extra day for us. The main issue we had was access to the condo. We had to climb one floor of steep stairs as the elevator only went up one floor. That made it difficult to lug our suitcases up to the unit. The location is superb walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

Why they chose this property

We love this condo because of its location! We enjoy the fact that we don't really even need to drive anywhere in the Palm Springs area, as everything is within walking distance! We also love the pool as well. My oldest son and I are trying our luck on the tennis courts, but we have a lot to learn!

The most unique benefit of this property is by far the location. Palm Springs downtown begins a block away, and most of our favorite restaurants are within just a few blocks away!
