Sea Isle Canal house - 4BR - Dock, Pier, & Beach!

This 4 bedroom 2.5 bath canal house is conveniently located in the Sea Isle Subdivision. This community is nestled between West Galveston Bay and the beach and accessible to all the amenities the community has to offer including the private fishing pier and boat launch. The house is on a canal with easy access to the beach. The house has loads of deck space along with a bar and plentiful shaded seating near the dock. Drop your float, paddle board, and kayak into the canal for fun on the water! .

Sea Isle Community - Guests have access to the public beaches (3 different access areas), boat ramp, marina, private fishing pier, park, basketball courts and tennis courts. There is also a neighborhood bar and restaurant which offers great food and drinks. Sea Isle is a safe and family friendly neighborhood which is buzzing with activity in the summertime.

Kitchen - The kitchen is well equipped to fulfill all your cooking needs. There's a full size refrigerator with ice maker, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Fully stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots/pans, bakeware, storage containers and both a coffee maker and Keurig (K-cups).

Living Room - The spacious living area is furnished with plenty of seating and a 55 in. flat screen TV.

Bedroom #1 - King Bed

Bedroom #2 - Queen Bed

Bedrooms #1 and #2 share a Jack & Jill bathroom with shower.

Bedroom #3 - Queen Bed with personal bathroom with shower.

Bunkroom downstairs - three twin beds with a half bath.

The house has Xfinity (Comcast) TV service for both TV's. Additionally, there is Xfinity high speed internet access (800/40) with Wifi throughout the home.

We have a pack-n-play for your little one.

Laundry Room - Full sized washer and dryer located in an unfinished area downstairs.

Outdoor Area - Outdoor shower downstairs, barbecue pit, picnic table, and lots of lounge chairs.

Fishing - You can fish right off the dock. Also, it's 100 yards on your boat or kayak to West Galveston Bay. Also, the house comes with access to the private neighborhood private fishing pier.

House Dock: A boat may be kept at the dock during your stay. The boat lift is not operational (waiting on parts). A boat may be secured in the dock, but it can't be lifted out of the water.

Great vacation property!

Our family had an fantastic time while staying at this property. We really enjoyed the location of the property because the Sea Isle community has so much to do...between the beach, fishing from the pier, at the house, and from our boat that we were able to keep at the slip we were very busy the whole stay doing fun things our family really enjoys doing. The house was very clean and the property owners were very generous in having just about anything we needed, but had forgotten to pack. This trip was the easiest check-in thanks to Amy being such a great host. Our family highly recommends this vacation rental and we can't wait to do it again!

A Nice Stay In Sea Isle

The Lone Star Fisherman ws a very comfortable house. The master bed was so comfortable-We slept like babies. Overall it was a good house for a getaway weekend.

Great fishing getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property layout and plentiful outdoor living space make this property very spacious. I would not say that the property is a luxurious bay home, but it is very nice, providing very cozy bedding which is needed for a good nights sleep, so you are able to have a wonderful fishing and/or beach experience. The owners are very responsive and intentionally want to provide their clients with a great bay house vacation.

Perfect family accommodations

My family and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the Lonestar Fisherman. It is apparent that these homeowners care greatly about their guests and their experiences. Attention to detail is my love language, and the fact that the downstairs bunk room and bathroom (usually a dark and dingy after-thought) were so beautiful and clean-smelling won my heart from the get-go! Truly a fisherman’s haven, the downstairs has everything you’d need to fish (including a bait fridge!) and relax, and a little bit more. Plentiful and inviting seating inside and out, beautiful but comfortable decor, super soft beds (AND linens!) and all in a fantastic location. While we are a very active family who enjoys fishing and hanging out together, I also have teens who like having their own space, and this home fits the bill for both! We hope to be back this summer….thanks and “gig ‘em!”

Great Spring Break Time!

This house was perfect for us! The room downstairs was perfect for our teens. The house was cosy but spacious. The beds were really comfy too. We loved the separate seating areas upstairs and the downstairs was amazing. We really enjoyed this place so much & wished we didn't have to leave after 4 days. You really only need to pack clothes and food, they provide everything else you need. Our next family gathering we will definitely be back.

Beautiful clean fun home

This house is hotel quality with so much to do and enjoy just at the house! We had a wonderful time for a guys weekend and you can catch fish right off the dock!

Great Family Home

This house was completely amazing !! We rented it for 4 days and had an absolute blast all week long. The set up the house makes it very easy to be together, but still give everyone their own space and I especially love being able to go downstairs without having to go outside. The porches were full of seating, a sound system and lots of entertaining areas. We had small snafu with boat lift before we got there, but the owners were VERY EASY to get a hold of and very honest, overall great communication. The only little downside is lack of dressers or shelves in the bedrooms, I am an "unpacker", and prefer to do that and then hide the suitcases, but that was so minor, I just wanted to share to make future "unpackers" aware..lol...My family all agreed we found our go to house for our vacations and can't wait to go back !! Thank you

The marina offers a bait shop with fuel one canal away. Also, the marina bar and grill provides food options with live music and karaoke on weekends.
