Rizen Cottage - A Cozy Montana Getaway

Come cozy up in a beautiful one-bedroom rental located 1.5 miles from enchanting downtown Bozeman, and 1.5 miles from the MSU Campus. This delightful newly refinished rental places you just minutes from great restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, gyms, grocery stores and parks. Relax and soak in the glorious Bridger Mountains views as you gaze out on the park like back yard spreading almost a full acre surrounded with mature trees and a garden of flowers.
If you don't have a car or don't feel like driving, catch a ride. Take advantage of the free Streamline Bus Stop located just down the street, providing free transit throughout all of Bozeman, Belgrade and Gallatin valley area.

Rizen Cottage provides a separate entrance and living space with all the amenities however it is part of our personal residence. We have two kids who love to laugh, sing and play. Although we do our best to be courteous of our noise level there is noise transfer, the sound of fellow humans living their lives. Please consider this before booking with us.

Rizen Cottage

Overall, this was a great stay! Quiet, they were friendly, even had a bunny! Only suggestion would be to get a Keurig. More variety that way. Also, I think its important to note that it is a little bit of an unpaved walk from the parking & can be quite icy in the winter.

Bozeman Snowboard Trip

This was the second time staying here and it was AMAZING once again! First off, the hosts were super kind and willing to help with anything. Secondly, the property was very clean and cozy. I truly feel like I'm at home when I stay here. The bed is super comfortable and its a very relaxing atmosphere. The location is perfect. Close to both ski resorts and hiking trails. The perfect place to re-charge between your outdoor mountain adventures! Also, minutes from great restaurants and breweries in downtown Bozeman. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great spot for weekend ski escape

The property was exactly as promised and in a great location for easy access to downtown, skiing (the reason we were there) and the interstate for exploring the surrounding areas. Jeni was a great host and the place was exactly what we were looking for.

Family Friendly

Risen Cottage was a great little place for a couple or small family. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a simple meal or prepare some snacks. There were books and toys for small children and a great yard where they are safe to play. The location is close to downtown and the host had great breakfast and activity suggestions. Overall it was just right for a wedding weekend. Would book again!

This Cottage is a Gem

Lovely cottage has everything you could want. Tastefully designed. Very comfy bed and couch. Lovely yard to sit in, in a quiet neighborhood. Very nice and communicative owners. Perfect for two.

Quaint cottage that comes with welcome bunny!

Very cute, clean and relaxing cottage! Wonderful location for exploring for all that Bozeman and surrounding area has to offer. Jeni was so nice and her recomendation of two of her favorite places to hike were absolutely amazing! The places she recommended to eat were great too! We also enjoyed their welcome bunny. I swear he was there everytime we pulled into the parking spot. We highly recommend this cottage and we look forward to staying there again!

Great place!

MSU drop off

The Rizen cottage is a great spot for our family for MSU drop off. The location is good, super clean, everything you need to cook, very comfortable bed. This is our second stay with Jeni and we will be back.

Great Cottage close to MSU

We had a great stay at the Rizen Cottage. The location was perfect, with easy access to MSU, local hiking trails, Bridger Bowl, and Downtown Bozeman. The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect day. Lovely Cottage

We were in town visiting family. The cottage was perfect for two people. Nice and cool even during a very hot stretch. Nice and clean. We didn’t have any issues with noise. We’d happily stay again.

Lovely, quiet, garden setting hide-away!

My daughter and I came into town for a wedding and this was the PERFECT place for us! Near everything, but super quiet neighborhood, and felt so safe in this lovely garden alongside the home of the NICEST family! We will surely come back!

We go to Montana for fly fishing every summer. This is the second time we’ve stayed at Rizen Cottage. The moment I opened the door, the feeling of ‘Home! Sweet home!’ came to me. The property owners are super nice! This small cottage is going to be part of our annual routine.

This was the most perfect location, out of the business of town but still within just a few minutes of great spots! Very very clean and welcoming. 110% worth it for how cheap it is. The best priced stay in Bozeman especially considering how welcoming and good of a location it is.

Visiting our grandsons attending MSU

The property was one of the best I have experienced. Super clean, comfortable, well decorated and beautiful outdoor space. Jeni was extremely responsive and fulfilled any requests immediately. Kitchen things were all nice and high quality. Plenty of closet space. Seemed bigger than it was. Highly recommend.
