The house located 100 m from the beach consists of a living room with a fully equipped and fitted kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fryer, raclette machine, coffee machine, dishwasher, vitro hob, blender, washing machine) with its large table for family meals, a lounge (TV, chromecast, DVD player, darts). A bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining shower room (WC, sink, shower). A second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and adjoining bathroom (WC, sink, bathtub).
Upstairs, a mezzanine with a library corner, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (TV), a bedroom with three single beds, a WC and a shower room (sink, shower).

At your disposal: card games, children's toys, puzzles, high chair, stroller, baby carrier.

House equipped with WIFI.

To enjoy the sun, a sunny garden with a table, a barbecue, deckchairs and an outdoor shower (with hot water). The garden can be sheltered from the sun thanks to an arbour.

The neighboring land is under construction but no work will be carried out in July and August.

An enclosed garden with the possibility of parking one or two vehicles. In place in the avenue is also reserved for you.

Animals are not allowed and we remind you that it is forbidden to smoke in the house as well as to have parties that would disturb the peace of the neighborhood.
