Vacances aout

Vacances très agréables, emplacement idéal. Appartement tres fonctionnel. L'agence est très accessible et à l'écoute. Le seul point négatif est l'odeur de poisson dans le couloir nous avons été prévenu à notre arrivé et la literie commence à faiblir

Les points forts : L’emplacement est idéal, l’environnement est calme. Jeux pour les enfants juste en face. Restaurants très sympa en bas de la résidence. Appartement fonctionnelle. Les points faibles : L’appartement n'était pas propre à notre arrivée. Une odeur assez désagréable persiste dans les parties communes. Le voisin du dessus n'apprécie pas les odeurs de plancha sur le balcon et le fait savoir...

Déçus

L'appartement n'était pas d'une grande propreté et le gros inconvénient de cet immeuble, c'est la proximité d'un voisin qui semble-t-il, malgré l'intervention des services sociaux, n'entretient pas son logement et de ce fait dégage une odeur insupportable dans le couloir de l'étage .... Le gros point positif de cet appartement est le magnifique balcon donnant sur le chenal.

casa y ubicación

Dos años hemos disfrutado..apropiado para ir con niños por los alrededores tranquilos .muy cerca de la playa,paseos y parque. Echo en falta el tener que llevar las sábanas y las toallas o pagar por ellas.Por lo demás un sitio estupendo. La casa muy cómoda,amplia y con gran terrraza.

Appartement bien équipé

Appartement bien équipé, seul bémol la qualité et l’état du canapé, celui-ci serait à changer. A noter également une odeur de poisson pourri sur le palier assez désagréable et persistante (voisin pêcheur ?)

Très beau panorama mais appartement très bruyant

Appartement qui n'est pas du tout équipé pour des enfants en bas âge. De plus le voisin est très bruyant écoute la télévision très fort jour et nuit.... L'appartement reste très bien situé et il y a une magnifique vue!!!!
