Great communication

Our party arrived to the property late at night, but Dana accomodated us and was very helpful giving us all the information we needed. The house was great for our group of 9 adults, it was clean and provided a relaxing outdoor space for us to eat and jump in the pool. It was also a great location for our trip to Six Flags and Universal Studios.

Super Cute! Amazing Hosts!

We originally booked another VRBO and it was cancelled at the last minute. I found this house the morning we were leaving for our trip. This may have been a blessing in disguise. The host of "Sunny Retreat" was very accommodating, responsive and kind. This house was a better location than our other one and the house was so cute. We had a great stay and can't wait to go back.

Fun family weekend in BEAUTIFUL home

Dana was very patient with us when VRBO was having technical difficulties. Once we were booked we met up with Dana and she was kind and gave us a tour of the beautiful home. Everything was clean and the whole decor of the house gave a great vibe, even the kids were amazed. We had so much fun. The beds are very comfortable slept like babies. Pool was super clean. We loved everything about this home would definitely book again

Pleasant Stay

Dana is the most pleasant element of our stay. She is very responsive and made sure we will be comfortable. Her house is clean and equipped. Her pool is clean and her backyard is perfect for our family of 9. We had comfortable beddings too! Her home is 10 mins away from Universal Studios which made it so easy to go around. We will definitely stay again with Dana if ever we make a trip around Universal Studios Hollywood.

Easy to recommend

We were a group of 8 ages 21-81. The single floor ranch was nearly perfect for the wheelchair. Recently updated and very clean, we may have been the first to use the oven for a major italian dinner in the well equipped kitchen that included a Nespresso Vertuo machine. Surpringly quiet neighborhood and very convenient to Universal (15min). Disney is 1 hour. 2 top rated tiki bars within 5 miles. Host Dana was friendly, accomodating, and fun to work with.

Great Family Stay

This is our second time staying in this property. The layout of the home allows plenty of space for our large family. The front and back entrances were easy for my elderly in-laws to navigate. We had a very large kitchen perfect for cooking meals for the family and excellent space for sleeping adults and kids with privacy. The children absolutely loved the swimming pool. We enjoyed sitting around in the cozy backyard listening to the birds looking at the beautiful landscaping and watching the kids swim. This house is in a location with great access to the 5 freeway and makes it very easy to navigate to Burbank Glendale and beyond. The owner has taken time to decorate the home in a bright but relaxing style. She features lots of beautiful artwork themed around Hollywood in Los Angeles. We enjoy this home and definitely plan to stay again in the future.

Universal Studios vacation

My wife and I and our two kids met up with a family friend and his kids to stay at Dana's vacation home for a week at Universal Studios. Dana met up upon arrival and was very accommodating. Her communication and responsiveness were on point, she was very friendly and accommodating. The home had everything we needed. It was also clean, provided secure parking for one vehicle and the pool was perfect. There are also all of the necessary safety features for the pool like a fence, gate and pool alarms as well as door alarms if you'l be staying with any children or folks that can't swim. Location is good, it's in Sun Valley/NOHO near the Burbank border/airport and 10/15 minutes away from everything you could possibly want to see while in LA Beds were comfortable. We had Disney plus going for the kids. The kitchen provided everything we needed to cook breakfast and we would definitely stay again Thanks again to our host for providing such a great stay for us.

Great place to stay

The property is very clean and welcoming. Our family felt at home, the rooms are nice and neatly organized. If you have multiple car you’re most likely to park on the street right in front of the house which wasn’t bad. It has 1.5 bathroom which worked well considering there was only a few of us. The swimming pool was very clean, during a hot summer it’s perfect even if it’s not heated. Dana was such a great host. My family ran a bit of an issue in the night but she was there available the entire time. She was very accommodating and open to any inquiries you may have. The home is child friendly, I have a special child and she loves staying in the bunk bed. The home decor was very pleasing my daughter loved the rainbow photos in the bedroom. Kitchen is equipped with major appliances and very clean. My family enjoyed staying at this home, thank you for your hospitality.

An amazing stay!

Renting this property for our thanksgiving weekend was amazing! It was a short ride to Universal Studios, it was located in a great part of town, and it was comfy! Our family enjoyed the modern space! We have 5 kids, ages 8, 7, 5, 3, and 1, so this space was perfect! Dana was responsive and kind! We’re looking forward to staying here again!

Family vacation

This house and the property owner are amazing . We arrived there prior to our check in time and Dana was so easy to work with to get us into the property so our kids could rest . The pool is amazing . A little deep if you have little little ones but throw on a life jacket and you are golden . House was so clean and it had everything we needed for our stay . Definitely recommend if your traveling as a family 🥰
