Pure relaxation on the Baltic Sea - who has never dreamed of having their own house on the water? Enjoy the clear view of the water? Feel the light swell?

Accessible via the jetty, past other floating houses, this unusual / unusual holiday home with 3 floors is located on a platform of 7 x 12 meters, at the very end of the jetty and therefore in the middle of the harbor basin!

The surrounding terrace allows a first tour around the house. On the entrance level there is a comfortable shower room and two bedrooms. A view of the water is guaranteed, and from the master bedroom you can look directly at the harbor entrance and the passing boats due to the floor-to-ceiling window ...

A comfortable staircase leads to the upper floor from the corridor area, and here is the living and dining area, the central focal point for the whole family.

Here, too, the large window fronts also provide a gigantic view of the harbor basin and harbor entrance! The open kitchen, dining area and living area are integrated on about 25 square meters.

An even better view, u. a. of course, you also have access to the nearby sailboats and yachts from the approximately 12 square meter terrace in front of the living area.

The real highlight of these houses is definitely the 31 sqm sun deck with some sun loungers - this sits enthroned over the entire house area and guarantees a 360 degree panoramic view of the harbor and the whole area!

A total of 60 square meters of living space and 58 square meters of terrace space are available.

Excursions and shops, restaurants, shops etc. are best in Kappeln an der Schlei, 7 km away, the infrastructure in Port Olpenitz with the marina, restaurants etc. is not yet completed. However, you can already expect an excellently equipped holiday home in a fascinating location at fair introductory prices ...
 
In 2019/20 the marina is to be expanded and more cafes, restaurants and shops are to be opened. A large EDEKA supermarket with bistro is right at the beginning of the harbor mile.

The public “Weidefelder Strand” adjoins the Port Olpenitz area directly in the south, is free of visitor's tax, 3 km long and of good sand quality. There is also a small beach restaurant there. Cyclists come to the beach free of charge, motorists pay a comparatively low parking fee,

USE COSTS:
Due to the company's own SAUNA, the electricity and water costs are subsequently calculated based on the actual consumption. The heating also runs on the electricity bill!
