Very nice place

Stayed for two nights in December by myself and I was so happy with my choice. Owner is very responsive. The unit is very clean and comfortable. Street parking is convenient. Very close to many restaurants and shopping as well as the Sky Train. If I come back to Coquitlam I will definitely stay here again!

False location advertising, stated in CBD incorrect 2.45km's from city. Photo on suite showed a building not near or relevant to location.Impossible communication with agent. Is a backyard suite around side of house in suburbia. No offstreet parking, dangerous driveway. totally unsuitable for disabled people and totally false advertising. Feel mislead completely on location, should not be allowed to advertise as is.

My #1 priorities for a vacation rental were net: clean, good location and quiet .

Excellent in terms of cleanliness, communication and location. Would only suggest: having double the amount of available toilet paper and less noisy fan for air conditioning in this hot BC weather.

Lovely spot to stay in the Coquitlam area

The unit hosts two adults comfortably. Kitchen is well-appointed, bedroom area also has couch for watching tv. Washer/dryer unit is handy and efficient. On-street parking is quite convenient. Unit and neighborhood very quiet. The place is only about 5 minutes from grocery stores, great coffee shop (JJ Beans), restaurants, etc. A great bargain all around!

The unit was great. Easy Access, clean, adn it has a washer dryer. Small, but all we needed for what we were doing. The floors were a little cool, Laminate on Concrete. The ambient temperature in the room was good. There was a space heater available for use as well.
