Perfect Location for our outing...house is fully equipped, hot tub was perfect for the end of the evening relaxation..Host was very helpful and very responsive to any questions.
A perfect place for a relaxing night away from home!
My friends and I stayed here and we enjoyed the hot tub, coffee maker, tv and the awesome shower in the master bedroom! The host was super kind and communicative. 10/10 would come here again!
What a lovely little spot! We each had our own room, everything very clean, had a great gathering and kitchen area, and we LOVED the hot tub! It was in a great location. Easy to get to the little town center and not hard to get to the stadium. The owner was very helpful, too!
3 couples stayed while in town for a Fever game. House was clean, well stocked, hot tub was great. Quick response from owner. Worked great for us - would definitely stay again.
Very cute home ..loved the fenced in backyard for my pup . I would recommend a bath mat in master bath shower as it was very slippery for us old folk...lol ..
Very clean. Comfortable beds. Newly remodeled bathrooms. Snacks and amenities available. Older house. Could use a soap/shampoo holder in the shower. Replacing the single nightstand in the master bedroom with two smaller ones would allow more flexibility.
My husband and our two kids (18 and 20) enjoyed our stay in the house very much. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out while we were there, but also plenty of space to hang out together in the living room and kitchen. Very clean and and comfortable. Easy check in process with the host, who was also quick to respond to inquiries. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. Highly recommend.
We had a two month stay in Irvington and needed a place with a bedroom/bathroom on the first floor and this was the perfect house. Close to downtown Irvington with lots of food options and easy access to other parts of the city. Very safe location with friendly neighbors. Lauren responded quickly to any question. Hot tub was a nice addition! Mattresses on 2nd floor were comfortable too! Walking trail just around the corner was perfect. Thanks for the nice stay!
We (two couples) spent a week here visiting family, sightseeing and watching the 2024 total solar eclipse. Would definitely book again. The house was great, well equipped if a bit quirky. The two main bedrooms are upstairs, with one en-suite bathroom. The second bathroom is downstairs, with steep stairs to negotiate at night. The wonderful spa is a 2-3 person deal, a bit awkward with four grownups. Interesting, safe neighborhood. Highly recommend coffee shop (Landlocked), ramen place (Strange Bird) and pub (Snug) all within walking distance.
We didnt spend much time in the house, but it suited our needs. It was clean. The only thing that I would recommend, and it really wasnt a big deal, would be to minimize the air freshener that seemed to be coming from the vents. It didnt smell bad, but it was strong. Again, the house was super clean in a cute neighborhood, close to cute shops. I would definitely recommend.
It was extremely cold but the house stayed reasonably warm. Had issue with electricity that owner addressed promptly was comfortable for aour family of 5 adults.
My husband, along with 2 other couples made ourselves at home in the cute Irvington home. The host was thoughtful in having snacks and toiletries available. The back yard set up is where the magic of the place truly shines if you're an outdoors person. The only downfall being the central air wasn't powerful enough to keep the house comfortably cool. The upstairs window units helped, but it was a bit warm still. Overall, nice stay.
