This beautiful home is brand new construction and has been furnished and designed by a professional designer. Centrally located, you'll be less than 5 minutes from the Buc's Stadium, 10 minutes to downtown, within 25 minutes from St Petersburg, and within 30 minutes to the beach.
• Upstairs unit with street parking only
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
• Minimum rental age of 25
• For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
• Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.
• Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
• We are pet-friendly with a fee per pet per stay that is paid separately once a reservation is confirmed. Please check with us first for the applicable pet fee as it varies depending on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.
