Best place in town…

Seamless stay at Magnolia House. Property is superb, clean, easy to find, easy to check into, great location for enjoying Hot Springs. Grounds were beautiful, and bedding was comfortable. Furnishings and decor were soothing and uniquely charming , kitchen was supplied- we enjoyed coffee each morning- and linens were plush. Plenty of hot water! We walked back and forth to town many times, enjoyed the surrounding scenery and hiked local trails. We ate at several local establishments and walked home each time to the charming cottage. It was really a great stay!

Magical get-away!

We arrived at the Magnolia Cottage after dark and were immediately impressed with the lodging. The cool white décor was crisp and fresh, and the beds were some of the best we've EVER slept on (VRBO or not). We were shocked, though, to wake up to an immaculately landscaped garden right outside our door. The magnolia tree in front of the patio is gorgeous, and if you peek around it, the setting just keeps getting better. The entire stay was magical even before the fireflies came out to play. Sara was an attentive and gracious host, and we are already planning our return.

Lovely renovated historic cottage

Gorgeous modern renovation to a historic property with tons of character. Very clean and well curated. The 2 King bedrooms are on opposite sides of the cottage so could comfortably accommodate 2 couples or a family. Living room had modern gadgets (huge TV, smart speaker) as well as also cozy touches like antique furniture. Coffee bar was well equipped but as noted it is not a full kitchen. The property is a short walk from downtown Hot Springs but somehow incredibly private. The back door steps out to a sprawling, manicured garden with mountain views and plenty of opportunities for outdoor relaxation, like hammocks slung in filtered sunlight and a swing under the iconic magnolia tree. The host Mary Helen was attentive and provided thoughtful details like a vase of flowers cut from the garden and a helpful guide to nearby hikes and attractions. You'll be delighted with your stay!

Cottage right out of a fairyland story

The 2 of us have been working the front lines of covid for the past 22 months. We badly needed a respite to recharge and relax. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was so quiet and peaceful. The cottage was amazing, just the right amount of room for 2. We were able to have our space when we needed it. The amenities were AWESOME. In fact, I gotta find out where they get their shampoo. It was simply what the doctor ordered. We plan to spend more time there when we can. WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL.
