Through the large living-dining area is the cozy get-together even when preparing all kinds of delicacies in the way. The dining table made of flotsam with the bench and comfortable chairs invites you to enjoy and socialize with friends and family.

The fantastically decorated bedrooms with high-quality box spring beds (1.80 x 2.00) are oriented to the north / east and guarantee a view of a wonderful sunrise over the mouth of the Schleim with lighthouse or the sunset over Maasholm.

The built-in floor to ceiling windows throughout the property allow from all rooms a view of the water in the Baltic Sea or Schlei.

On the large sun terrace with south exposure, high-quality lounge furniture, beach chair, umbrella and barbecue, you can relax from everyday life and watch the sailboats entering and leaving. In this lovingly and very stylish apartment you can enjoy the holiday to the fullest and feel completely comfortable.

The apartment Cape Fred is part of the northern, newly built exclusive Baltic Sea Olpenitz. Please note that there may be some construction work in the surrounding area. We are happy to inform you about the exact status. However, we have no information as to when future work will be carried out.

Wir haben eine sehr saubere und schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung vorgefunden in der man sich sofort wohl fühlte. Die Betten sind ein Traum, sehr bequem und nicht durchgelegen. Die Sauna haben wir sehr genossen. Unschlagbar ist die Terrasse mit dem wunderbaren Blick auf den Hafen. Der Service ist super, bei einem technischen Problem wurde uns sofort geholfen. Sehr nettes Personal was rund um die Uhr erreichbar ist. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ausstattung und der Lage der Wohnung. Der Blick auf das Wasser war grandios. Aus unserer Sicht ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche sind alle Geräte vorhanden, die man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Meerzeit hat uns bestens betreut. Urlaub im Oktober 2023

Die Wohnung entsprach absolut der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und es fehlte an nichts. Die Aussicht ist umwerfend. Schade nur, das man zum Schwimmen nirgends ans Wasser kommt und man mit dem Rad oder Auto doch weiter weg zum Strand muss. Mit Hund ist es auch etwas problematisch, da sich eine schmale Straße mit Autos und Fahrrädern geteilt werden muss und der Hund nirgends frei laufen kann, außer am Hundestrand, der bestimmt mindestens 2km entfernt ist. Der Kontakt mit dem Anbieter war hervorragend und sehr angenehm. Erwähnen sollte man auch, das die reine Lage recht ruhig ist und selbst an der „Promenade“ gibt es nicht wirklich etwas, wo man mal eben abends noch schnell was trinken kann. Man muss also wirklich nach Kappeln, wenn man etwas erleben möchte. Eigentlich schade für so ein großes Resort in toller Lage.

Die Wohnung ist sehr...

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es gab jede Menge Geschirr, so dass man nicht jeden Tag den Geschirrspüler laufen lassen musste. Ein Problem ist im Bad der hohe Einstieg zur Dusche. Für Senioren ungeeignet. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist unschlagbar schön. Beim Bau der Straße wurde es versäumt, einen Geh- und Radweg zu bauen, dadurch müssen sich alle die Straße teilen, was mit kleinen Kindern nicht sehr einfach ist. Der Service war ebenfalls sehr gut, wir hatten ein Problem mit der Tür des Geschirrspülers, das wurde umgehend gelöst. Alles in Allem ein schöner Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder :-)

Sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit der Agentur. Die Bettwäsche könnte für 20 Euro hochwertiger sein. Das man den Müll am letzten Tag selbst wegbringen muss, ist etwas unglücklich.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist herrlich und komfortabel. Der Blick aus dem Fenster oder von der Terrasse ist traumhaft grandios. Dadurch, dass die Wohnung eher im hinteren Kaimauer Bereich liegt, ist sie ruhig. Das Boxspringbett fanden wir sehr bequem und rückenfreundlich. wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung war 1a. Überaschenderweise war das Ferienressort sehr stark frequentiert. Trotzdem war es insgesamt ruhig. Die fantastische Lage zwischen Hafen und Schlei hat sehr zur Entschleunigung beigetragen. Empfehlenswert!
