Why they chose this property
I lived 15 years on a 225 Acre lake 45 mins north of Brooklyn,. It was truly a beautiful body of water and a great place to decompress!
It became obvious to me that I needed fewer people, boats & noise. Very obvious that I needed more fish splashing in the lily pads, birds singing , turtles sunning on the turtle log & bull frogs as a bed time serenade.

Huge deck along the entire front of home facing the Lake.

2 miles of lightly traveled dirt road for walking and biking.
Winery at the halfway mark on your walk or bike ride
This is a 4 season vacation getaway home.
Fishing year around
20 homes on lake with very little water traffic every week day and most holidays.
Life's too short to pass up a visit to my Big C Ranch.
