Studio Apartment located in the heart of historic Downtown Paducah built in 1882
Built in 1882, this studio apartment boasts of brick walls, original wood floors, and a claw foot tub. A king-sized bed, 3 twin couch beds, a dining room table that seats 8, a full bathroom with walk-in shower, (a full bathroom with claw foot tub downstairs) and a full kitchen occupy the studio apartment located upstairs from our event venue in this historic building. There will not be an event (wedding shower, birthday party, rehearsal dinner, etc) scheduled on the same night that the guesthouse is reserved. Situated in the heart of Paducah, many excellent restaurants, original to Paducah, are within walking distance. Boutiques and antiques are also “just around the corner.” The Carson Center is one block away which overlooks the Ohio River. The National Quilt Museum is just a 5 minute walk away. Because of the steps and breakable items, we only accept reservations for families with children over 12 years of age or infants under 4 months.

I stayed at this property during quilt week in Paducah. The host, Nicole was so kind and helpful and just added so much to my week. The apartment is very nice. I highly recommend this property.
The host was always available for any questions and check in was easy. The apartment was clean and has a great location. The Quilt Museum, Convention center and arts center are all within walking distance. The apartment is on the second level so there are stairs involved if that makes a difference for anyone. For me it was an opportunity to get more steps in! I would stay here again and will recommend it to anyone staying in Paducah who would like to have plenty of space with a comfortable cool vibe.
First let me say that Nikki was an awesome host. Extremely responsive before arrival and met us at the front door. She made us feel so at home.
The loft was more than clean and every aspect was exceptional. I highly recommend staying at this property when visiting Paducah.
To say this place is amazing is an understatement! The decor and attention to detail is remarkable and made our overnight stay so relaxing and enjoyable. We had everything we needed, and then some, and it’s within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants. Nikki went above and beyond to make us feel at home by providing numerous little niceties, like the coffee bar and menus from several of the nearby restaurants. She was a wonderful and very gracious host from the second we arrived until after we departed. If you’re visiting the Paducah area, I highly recommend checking this place out!
