We recommend booking this cabin if it's available. It's brand new and may have some open availability - we expect this cabin to book quickly. You may never want to leave the cabin with all the incredible features and amenities which include: Indoor Pool, Basketball court, game room, theater room, high end kitchen and a professionally decorated. Oh, lets not forget the absolutely amazing views! While the cabin has 3 bedrooms it also has a loft bunk area for the kids. 4 Full baths.

Conveniently located, you are just 8 minutes to stoplight #3 in Pigeon Forge.

We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

Beautiful Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was gorgeous! Great views, easy enough driveway, close to attractions around. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were amazing, pool was an absolute hit! Very well decorated and upscale.The cleaning crew didn’t do great before we came, lots of dead ladybugs and dust and hair on the floors. Tried to vacuum but the vacuum there didn’t work. The oven was hard to use, but we figured it out! The master toilet moved a little, but worked fine. All these things were easy to overlook due to how great the property was! Would definitely stay again! Management company was also super helpful and responsive!

Elk Springs was friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth stay. The 2 king mattresses were very uncomfortable, which made it challenging to get a good night’s sleep. However, this was the only downside to an otherwise wonderful cabin.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We Love the Pigeon Forge area and had been looking forward to the stay in this cabin since booking it many months ago. It is a beautiful cabin and was perfect for what we wanted. We used every amenity and room while there. The fire pit was great, pool and hot tub perfect, and all the games were used to their fullest extent! The only issues we would point to was the cabin - for the money it cost to rent - in our opinion was not as clean as it could have been. There were crumbs on the kitchen table and grease still on the counter by the stove. The BR’s and Baths seemed ok but my wife spent the first day we were there doing additional cleaning. The other somewhat disappointing thing was the view was starting to be eroded by the trees that are growing up around the property. All said though we had a very nice stay - beds were comfortable and it was a great place to wake up in! One last thing was that Elk Springs responded to a mechanical issue with the upstairs toilet in a super fast way and was greatly appreciated!

Nightmare Experience

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: ****READ BEFORE YOU BOOK****My husband and I wanted to elope to avoid all unnecessary stress that comes with weddings. We planned everything a year in advance and chose to stay here because of the wonderful reviews. With the amount of money we spent to stay at the Modern Endless Views we could have just gone to actually all inclusive resort. The cabin was dirty with mold in the showers, there was food on the floor, dirty towels left in the washer, and the pool had no chlorine in it. I was trying not to stress as I was getting married and it was supposed to be relaxing. Then on our last night after using the bathtub in the master bathroom (which is the whole reason I wanted this cabin) water started coming out of the LIGHTS AND SMOKE ALARMS downstairs! I was scared to death and they wouldn’t answer my calls. I eventually texted the number and she said that “cabins leak from the top floors to the bottom all the time”??? Then maintenance didn’t get to the cabin until 12:30am. We requested to stay somewhere else that we could feel safe in because we were exhausted and was told nothing was clean. So in the morning I reach out to management to see what they are going to rectify the situation to which they tell me:“Unfortunately, per our rental agreement there will be no refund as we were not notified during your stay to give us time to rectify the issues mentioned.” STAY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. If you have your heart set on a cabin here make sure you book it through Vrbo or AirBnB to make sure your issues are actually taken care of because Elk Springs Resorts does not take care of their guests what so ever. I wish I could add my videos to the review!

Horrible Customer Service

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pool was ice cold upon arrival. Cabin was dirty and not cleaned, things laying in floors. Hot tub wasnt filled and would not go past 98 degrees due to being locked down. Door going outside screws was hanging out and wouldnt open. Trash all over basketball court and ping pong area. Bugs all over the place and in windowsills.Broken cups. Air hockey table missing the puck, so couldnt even play it. Bottom bathroom had a chunk of tile busted and would almost cut you evertime getting out of tub. Air hockey table had a hole punched through it on top. Wasnt supplied with nothing like indicated in ad. Called upon arrival and was told would send someone out. That never happened till our second day upon calling back. Said they had no record of our previous call and acted as if they cared less. Didnt accomodate us or offer anything for our problems. We were supposed to be given a door code by 3pm to check in, never received it till we called and couldnt get in till 4pm.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with the aesthetics and decor of the house, as well as location. The house is gorgeous. A couple of things that we had to call management for was the cleanliness of the house. The toilets had rings around them, the floors needed to be swept, as there was hair and what looked like shredded wood on the floors. The house also requires an exterminator, as the number of carpenter ants was awful. We had one crawling on the bed when we arrived. The counter area in the kitchen requires dusting, as the base is black, so you can see everything. The showers need a good cleaning, as there was accumulated grime surrounding the shower doors, and shower floor. Like I said, the house is gorgeous, but if you want people to return, the house need a serious cleaning before each guest arrives. Areas that require fixing or attention should also be fixed properly. This is too much of a beautiful investment to let it go downhill. The management office was very responsive to our needs.

Winter weekday escape

Reviewer Comments: The property/cabin was beautiful.... however the cleaning and upkeep was not what it should have been for a high end cabin. Several doors did not lock or were broken. The alarm to pool area was very difficult to reach and operate. I picked up several bits of food on the floor by the couch area and also off of the deck. The kitchen sink drain was filthy ( I believe that’s where the flies were coming from)I wiped it out with a clorox wipe .There were ashes and cigarette butts everywhere outside. The hot tub water did not seem clean....piles of leaves all around it and they have the entry side up against the wall so when you get in you step onto the lounger seat very dangerous as it slopes on both sides. The pool was really nice but was why to cold to use this time of the year even though it was suppose to be heated. It was set at 80. The pool was main reason we rented this cabin so we were very disappointed. The throw blankets were dirty and almost all the toss pillows had holes in them. The high end stove/oven also had issues an alarm that sounded like a piano playing went off every 20 seconds Elk springs immediately sent someone... however they were only able to turn the entire unit off then next day someone else came and we were able to use the burners but one side of oven had a note to not use it. Once they get a handle on the cleaning and take care of a few of the maintenance issues I would return but it was way over priced for the many inconveniences we had. Sure hope they get in there and take care of these things because it is a beautiful place. I have since read some past reviews and some of these same issues had been reported before. Elk springs was quick to respond to my calls with some of the issues which I did appreciate and they did give us a complimentary noon checkout instead of 10am

NEVER AGAIN

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1- I got my card stolen and did not have credit card for final payment. Elks Lodge sent me a reminder and everything was fine until I tried to update my card on the portal. I tried for days, wiuth no luck and then had my. reservation cancelled. I called the number and got my reservation back, but the payment portal was down and they coulkd not accept or change to my new card. Theyt made me overnight a cashiers check without offering to pay for the overnight or any discount at all- the problem was their paymnet portal not my card!2- My family called looking for grocery and chef which we were told that had no information on any. When i called regarding my bill all of a sudden they had information, sop they are not educating their staff as to what information is available.3- pool supose to be heated to mid 80's wellk never got over 79' and when asked to come out it took 3 days an constant excuses as to why theu were having trouble due to ice and snow... yet everyone else didnt have any isseus getting to us inlcudfing our chef whio made it in a rear wheel drive van. When staff finally arrived at 8:30 pm 3 days into our trip I was told that thius cabin's pool must stay at 79'!!!! like once again not what we were sold.4- Asked for more sheets and was directed to a closet with sheets bundled and balled up on a shelf. they were not wrapped in cleaning bags and we had no way to know if they were clean or dirty6- Room fan remotes did not work and were told space batteries were above the refrigerator... no batteries to fit fan remotes!for $2000 a night I expected a m,uch higher level of service! It was terrible from trying to get information,m pay the bill, and have the home in the condition it was sold to us in.4-

Endless View

Location is great, close enough to town, but far enough away in the mountains to feel secluded, and private. The amenities at this place are second to none, the indoor pool was amazing, arcade, basketball, games, all very fun stuff. The decor was very pretty, and well done. Kitchen appliances were outstanding. The outdoor deck / seating was awesome as well, very, very nice views to be had. There were a few pieces of trash that were left under couches, behind the kitchen trash bins, etc. And a couple end tables were in rough shape with loose / missing screws, but all minor details, didn't take away from our stay, or the experience at all. Overall, a very luxury experience, the nicest place we've ever stayed, and we have no problem recommending this place to others. We'll be back!

Hands down this was our absolute favorite vacation ever & the absolute best vacation rental ever. Our time there wasn't close to being enough time. It was perfect in every single way. Every single one of us enjoyed all of the wonderful amenities. I can't go on about it enough. We posted pictures & a video on Facebook & got so many comments about it & inquiries. We never stay in the same place twice but would most definitely stay here again & would stay way longer than we did this time.

Beautiful cabin with beautiful views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th year staying on a Elk Springs property and it was absolutely beautiful. The cabin was very modern and clean with awesome amenities. The only downfall was on our last night at the cabin it snowed and trees fell leaving us stranded on the mountain for over 24 hours with no food. We have 2 small children ages 3 and 7 so as you can imagine that was no fun. We had planned to leave the next morning so we were not prepared to stay another night. Elk Springs were not very communicative on when the trees would be removed and no one ever contacted us to let us know they had been removed. There was a tree that fell on our main driveway and it was never cut down and removed. My husband and I had to remove the tree as best as we could so we could leave.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed our time at Endless Views. This house is still very new. The attention to detail was noticeable. High end appliances and fixtures throughout. The view was everything we hoped it would be. The location is tucked away and only a few other cabins in the area. Very quiet and peaceful. Amenities were very nice. This house is not your “typical” cabin. Many properties overdo the “cabin” look with wood everywhere. Not here, there’s just enough “cabin feel”. We will definitely be looking at staying here again.

Nasty nasty cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived to find one of the bedrooms not as adv only queen bed suppose to be kingAll bed coverings and sheets were covered in hair Absolutely disgusting! Especially in this time of CovidComplained to management and could not even get a response Door to outside in basement would not lockCould not get anyone to fix itAgain tried to contact management with no luck Can’t believe this is how this company is runned! Will not be recommending for future stays! One of our guest is a Hugh utube star and we will make sure the world knows!!
