This 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom lake home offers a spacious single story living space that is comprised of the 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open living room and kitchen area, and garage game space. Every room has a wonderful view of the lake located just steps away. There is just as much deck space as there is living space, directly off of the living room you will find a direct piped Weber propane grill, along with various seating areas.
Downstairs you will find another living space with the half bath and a designated bar area.

Enjoyable Lakeside Retreat

We chose this location for it's size and location to family. It was a great pick! We had no issues finding entertainment at the property with a game room, arcade machine and spacious living room. Was better than advertised and perfect for our family visit.

Pictures don’t do it justice

An absolutely incredibly stay. The pictures do not do this place justice. Plenty of room for three couples and still some to spare. Absolutely fantastic that each bedroom had an en suite bathroom. Dock suited our boat and came equipped with a ladder, canoes/kayaks and more. We had many lovely days jumping off the dock and swimming. Lake was deep and clear. Enjoyed the multiple wrap-around porches and incredible views of the lake (loved watching sunsets). On rainy days we loved the game room and lounging on the couch. Will definitely come back next summer, for even longer!! Thank you for an awesome stay.

Stunning View and Home

While this house is modern, extremely clean, and bright, the lake is a showstopper. The house is incredibly comfortable--the beds and sofas are all new and good quality. The kitchen is huge and easy to cook in. There is filtered water by the coffee station. The pictures of the great room and fireplace do not do it justice--the room is huge but very cozy and the view is incredible from every direction. The gas fireplace was one of the nicest we have ever seen. Since the lake was frozen, we were able to watch ice fishing each day--pack binoculars. The tables are works of art (seriously). All of TVs are large and smart. The Wi-Fi was excellent. Downstairs was a fantastic family room with another large sectional, an arcade machine, and huge bar with an additional full-sized fridge. There are MANY ways to access the multiple decks. They must be amazing in summer. The garage is set up as another game room with many fun activities. Even though this home only has 3 bedrooms, it was clearly designed to host large gatherings. A large family would be very comfortable. We visited in February, so we weren't able to take advantage of most of the outdoor activities, but it was clear that summer must be amazing.

Beautiful home in a beautiful place

Beautiful and luxurious home on Sylvia Lake situated to give outstanding views of the lake. Large common room on first floor with enough room for our 6 adults and 3 small children without tripping over each other. The table sat 12 people!! Fully functional kitchen that was well stocked. Plus there was a 'game room' in the basement with views of the lake and deck with seating. Three bedrooms each had their own bathrooms. Outside there were multi-level decks with views of the lake and nice chairs and tables. Canoes and kayaks were available. It was a great place for our Thanksgiving with family in town. Would love to spend a week during the summer.
