Incredible updated 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse in Alpine Meadows at Holiday Valley. This outstanding location is one of only two properties that are true ski in/ski access across from Holiday Valley . A short walk across Holiday Valley road allows direct access to the Sunrise lift for direct to lift skiing, or take the free Holiday Valley shuttle which runs all day!!!! Incredible views of the slopes from the large deck all year round. An outside ski locker is available to store your gear after a day on the slopes. Inside are two large bedrooms and large loft with room for up to 10 people. Large comfortable living area with dining table, and A short 1 mile walk or drive to the center of the Village of Ellicottville gives you easy access to eclectic shopping, dining and night life. A fully appointed kitchen is ready for cooking on nights you would prefer to stay in. Easy access to the Holiday Valley pools, golf course, high ropes course, mountain coaster, Spruce Lake, and other amenities (separate charge applies) for a year round vacation. A short drive to Allegany State Park and the Seneca Alleghany Casino.

Great location! However, the view from the condo is lovely and I enjoyed watching the skiers, too! We had six adults and there was plenty of room. There are three bathrooms which sets it apart from other condos. The condo was updated and stylish and the trip felt special for the holiday. Thank you to our hosts!

Wonderful Place for the Weekend

We stayed for a few nights for a family wedding. The location was perfect, the condo was spacious & clean, and communication was excellent. Check-in & check-out procedures were simple and explained well. Would definitely book again!

Perfect Location!

This condo was a perfect spot for our long weekend of skiing. The easy walk to Sunrise lift is maybe three minutes, and there is never a line at that lift. The view of the slopes is great, and the unit is nicely updated. We enjoyed relaxing next to the electric fireplace every night. We would gladly stay here again!

Perfect location

We had a great time on our ski holiday. This property is in a perfect location, my teens were able to quickly walk to the lifts. The owner is very responsive, any question I had was answered within a short period of time. The outdoor ski locker was a great feature to have, and overall the condo is exactly what you see in the photos. We would definitely book again.

Family ski weekend

The location of this property is great and walkable to Sunrise lift, just down the road from the main lodge at Holiday Valley. We had plenty of space for two families and all the rooms were comfortable. The bathrooms and bedding could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival, but otherwise would recommend the property.

Perfect ski spot

Great stay. Close to slopes.

Was a great rental. Location great but not ski-in ski-out. Have to walk to slopes and cross busy road. There was a faded crosswalk but definitely a little sketchy at night and when busy. Wouldn’t do with young kids. 3 bedrooms but the one with the king is the loft. No way to block out the daylight in the morning in the room with the king. Sun is up so are you. And wow the bunk room is way too crowded. Kitchen could use a few more items. Can opener didn’t work and there wasn’t a large sheet pan even for a small rectangle pizza. Had to cut our pizza shell in half and pry open cans. All in all it was a good stay but we will book earlier and go back to snow pine village next year where the price is more reasonable and it is actually ski in ski out.

Great location

Warm and inviting accommodations. Truly ski in and ski out to the Sunrise lift. A ski locker was an added bonus. Newer appliances and kitchen amenities made it easy to cook a meal. A short drive to town for shopping and restaurants.

Great place to stay!

Our group came into town for a short weekend getaway. The townhouse was perfect with plenty of space. Close proximity to everything you would want to do in ellicotville. Alan & Mike made it very easy to check in and out and were helpful through the whole process.

Great place for a damily

Beautiful home, very clean and great location. The owner was very responsive to questions we had. The location was walking distance to a lift. We had plenty of room for the 4 of us to be more than comfortable. This was my first vrbo experience. We are hoping to get the same place next year.

Perfect Winter Getaway!

We loved our winter getaway to Holiday Valley! The accommodations were excellent…very clean and plenty of room for our party of 7. The location was perfect…we enjoyed the view of the slopes from the couch and it was so quick and easy to get on the slopes that we’d come and go 3 times a day. The owners were super nice and great communicators. We definitely can’t wait to come back!
