A unique Tyrolian-style house in Incline Village.
The house is a 2 min drive from Diamond Peak ski resort and about a 15 min walk to the Incline Village private beach. In addition to that, there are amazing trails and paths for hiking near the house, as well as the Championship Golf course. Within a 5-minute drive from the house you can also find the Incline Village Recreation Center, where there is a gym, indoor pool, and other classes you can sign up for such as Pilates. You can enjoy bike rides, paddle boarding, having picnics, and a lot more! Our place also offers you a firepit and BBQ grill.
Also, there is an open-air pool, jacuzzi, and tennis courts next to the house!
First floor: 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, fireplace.
Second floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchenette, ping pong table, game table, and desk/office area.
Basement: large washer/dryer, rest area, kitchenette.

We chose this neighborhood because it is just across the street from tennis courts, pool, has a great location, cute unique houses, and really kind neighbors.
What makes this property unique
Our property stands out from other properties in the area because it is in a neighborhood where the houses all have a unique Tyrolian-style, and our house happened to be the model house for the cover of a newspaper back in the day.
